Hi need advise my iPad screw hole and screw are rounded of I put in shop for new screen and they must of rounded screw but won’t admit fault so any ideas if it can be glued or is it a fire risk with having such a powerful battery

one year ago when i fell my ipad by accident on the frame (out side cover (near the speaker ) the screen had broke also but every things was working normally( touching , voice , camera, touch id ) now i notice the touch not good when i take it to some company for repairing , the camera , and the voice is so bad , touch id not work
Where did you get the screen from? I saw some on Amazon but I’m worried my Apple Pencil won’t work if I buy a screen from there.
This is the reason why i still love non laminated display ipad because it’s easier to repair than the laminated display. Btw i own ipad 9 atm.

How much would it cost to replace the back cover ?
I expected there to be a lot more mechanical fasteners (clips, screws etc.) This thing has gooey adhesive everywhere. You almost have to tear the whole thing apart just to get to the part you have to replace. I hope my kids' iPads just need a battery someday.
do you need to replace battery ? then you do not have to remove all like this, This is a teardown video..We will post iPad 9 battery replacement video this week. It is not that complicated.

ipad was fell down and now after year of use normally without any problem ….i feel that the touch is hard ,,after repairing now in some company (i lose touch id ,❌ camera not clear⭕️ , and the voice of speaker is noisy💢) home button work ✅, touch work ✅

What ribbon cable is the one you take out at the 17:00 minute mark?
It’s the small U shaped cable that’s just glued onto the inside casing. I cannot find replacement for it whatever it’s called

Using old battery from stock is cheaper. This is apple. Still battery life is good enough. And in the future the third party compatible batteries will be cheap and available.
