From start to finish, superb camera work, great towpath shots of the boat, and perfectly balanced content. Background music is absolutely delightful - (you sure could teach a few others about that). We are thoroughly enjoying them, especially your journey down the Llangollen Canal, we did that a few years ago, when we had two weeks holiday on the canals. We just loved it, I really could have up and left and bought a Canal boat!
Great vlog girls! Just cruised that stretch of canal, but despite keeping an eye out for you, somehow managed to miss you. Happy cruising, and if you fancy it, DO have a trip through Harecastle, its a great tunnel, and nothing like as worrying as it was in the 70s when l first travelled it. Tunnel keepers, one way, and ventilation fans make it easy! If you do, have a good hand torch to examine the interesting details as you pass through.
Thank you for another awesome blog. I assume Alice fell into the canal as I have never had a cat who liked water. Love you hair too. I like to try something different every now and again just for me not anybody else.

It appears that the Aussie painter has run out of brushes and begun dipping her locks into the paint to continue her art work. BTW, that was an interesting entrance to the lock at bridge 79. Informative....so if CIT do clock you overstaying your time at a mooring, wot then? A letter to say you did, and a notice to advise you to not do it again, or do they fine you for overstaying, and if so, how much is the fine? And does the fine increase in £££'s for the number of days you overstay for? And would they fine you, even if you are only hiring the narrowboat? Xx

Must admit Anna, I agree with Kath, not too sure about the hair it doesn't suit your personality really. Oops have I overstepped the mark? You mentioned the budget change from the new boat. Totally understandable. I notice you only have one solar panel on your roof. I am curious how often you run your engine for power? Not that I need an answer but I’m just thinking that if you put another panel or two on your roof that you might be able to save money on diesel fuel with additional solar capacity.
We are saving up for tilting solar. At the moment in the full summer the one panel is very helpful, but of course we still have our hearts set on an array. however the new fire place takes priority at the moment.
Have you any plans to expand your dollar , or do u have enough power with what you have ... Why did u not install your automatic washer from ewart ... Xxx...tea breaks are a must ,lol....though for me it would be something a little stronger 😜xxx

We don't stop the boat in a lock it's too dangerous incase you need a sudden burst of something. But we do stop it when getting water.

Informative....so if CIT do clock you overstaying your time at a mooring, wot then? A letter to say you did, and a notice to advise you to not do it again, or do they fine you for overstaying, and if so, how much is the fine? And does the fine increase in £££'s for the number of days you overstay for? And would they fine you, even if you are only hiring the narrowboat?

You mentioned the budget change from the new boat. Totally understandable. I notice you only have one solar panel on your roof. I am curious how often you run your engine for power? Not that I need an answer but I’m just thinking that if you put another panel or two on your roof that you might be able to save money on diesel fuel with additional solar capacity.
We are saving up for tilting solar. At the moment in the full summer the one panel is very helpful, but of course we still have our hearts set on an array. however the new fire place takes priority at the moment.
