Been thinking about Lund 93 tune. Seems like you definitely enjoy the improvement. I mainly want it for drivability especially in Normal mode. Not expecting much of HP gain
It has great throttle response! However, unless you like a bunch of shifting, I recommend telling them to leave the “skip shift” on. It makes it more smooth.

Good stuff, does it matter if you perform the pulls in D or manually selected from S
If the drive mode is in sport,track, etc then it doesn't matter what the gear shifter is in. I have a video on this if you are confused.

got my lund tune installed. and do you have the rtd+? i just have a question, why does it blinking kinda like a blue/redish/ purple color on the STAT? and now i got back and drive it its solid green on STAT?
In regards to going e85 I know they have a few stations in Vegas but say you go on a road trip to oregon/washington how would you deal with that, would you wait for your tank to run out and then switch your tune or what, I've always been confused on that and never considered e85 because there's only one station in like 50 miles of me

What all mods do you have? I have corsa extreme exhaust now, gonna get a lund 93/E85 tune plus CAI. Curious as to what have to look forward too... great videos too. Oh and I'm a 6spd

I recently picked up a 2020 gt 6 speed. It's in storage now for the winter 😥 I really want to do headers and a 91 tune but I want to keep my warranty tho. I've never had a factory warranty before.
I don’t think anything will go wrong but if it does I’d just flash it back to stock.

Eh I’m not worried about it. The power train should be fine anyway.
@@lobbyrobby just go for it. They have to follow your warranty unless they can prove your tune is what caused the issue. So say something on your suspension goes out, they aren't going to deny you because you had it tuned, the tune has nothing to do with the suspension.
@@void7365 I hear ya man. I walked into my local dealership and starting talking to the service manager about tuning. He said flat out he'd discourge. Some people say their service advisors could care less. I understand what you are saying tho, Ford has to prove the problem came from the tune. I do plan on tracking my car from time to time and I also worry about the mt82. I'm actually ok with the power for now and at some point I will tune it when I throw headers on. I just wish there was e85 around me. If there was I probably would have tuned by now as that's a lot of power gain.

The trans is decent. It has the same smoothness but just goes through each individual gear
im telling ya man, a 18+ ported intake mainifold and a jlt intake would be amazing with this tune
My tuner said a JLT intake makes no difference, just looks. Porting the intake is not worth it imo for 5hp max.
@@JVette01 , ill have to double check but i thought ive seen a video of thatdudeinblue's 5.0 a10 , he did those same mods and got a 25whp n/a which i think is worth it 👌 imo

@@White_Fox_5.0 JLT is a hot air intake. Check your IAT's (inlet air temp) before and after installing and you'll see. And tuners don't like them because the data isn't consistent (meaning they're not built to very tight tolerances). Anyone who says JLT is good stuff is sponsored or has a business relationship to protect. Roush makes a good intake but pricey, PMAS is good too.
I want to order the lund tune , for the gears what one did you pick ? since you have the 10-Speed
I have a 10 speed with the 3.55 axle ratio
@@JVette01 are all the 10 speeds the same or how do I determine what one I have? I have 2020 GT 10R80 Base model
@@C7Tmac Most have the 3.15 gears. Performancce Packs and some others have the 3.55 gears. The only way to tell is by looking at your window sticker.
I have a 2019 gt MT82, what gears are best ? 4.09?
Once you go in paddle mode the tune shifts automatically now with the tune correct ? Red line paddles it shifts now . ?
I didn’t select that option. I like when it stays in full manual mode.
@@JVette01 I mean when you red line in a gear it won’t go over 2 the next gear on a roll race ? Lund can do that if I tell them ? Stock with no tune it won’t roll over it will cut power and stay at gear
It won’t roll over unless you tell them to tune it that way
Is this the RTD or RTD+ device? I thought you could use your phone for everything, no laptop needed.
It’s just called the HpTuners RTD device. I use my computer because the dongle has a USB at the end of it.

There is no transmission tune from Lund. The A10 is relearning how you drive

Why say something when it’s wrong. They ABSOLUTELY tune your transmission. That’s one of the main reasons to tune your car through Lund is their precise transmission tuning. You are going to get results of people talking about how Lund tunes the transmission more firm and that they can soften it a bit to your liking if you want. The shifts are a little more lurchy in drive compared to sport mode at wot. Idk if it makes any difference for performance.
