The Calibration Shapes Plugin isn't currently available in the marketplace in Cure. However, there is an easy workaround that still gives you access to this incredible plugin!

thx man, sometimes its such a struggle, i gotta fix a problem then the supposed fix is broken, by the end of the day im so far down a rabbit hole i dint even remember what the f i was originally fixing

Don’t you have to have scripts to run the tests? The scripts that used to be included with this extension are gone. I have no idea what’s going on. This won’t work if you just slice with your standard settings?

love your work! I'm getting back into printing as I've been away from it for 18mos or so (cancer!). Anyhoo, I have an Epax 3D 4K printer and I did download lychee and saw ur intro video regarding the settings and so forth. I stumbled across this video and I'm not sure what Cura is and if I need it in addition to Lychee as it's a totally separate slicer. Please advise...thx
Hey there I'm so glad you are recovering and getting back into this hobby!

If you have a resin 3D printer then Lychee should be all you need for printing. Cura is a program for FDM printers which is different from resin printers. So unless you have an FDM/filament printer you don't need Cura Slicer.

😮 My ender 5 comes on Monday. Question, this Kura software what is it for? Is it free?
Sorry for the delay. Cura is what's called a "Slicer." As the name suggests, it's a program that takes a model and cuts it into slices. Then it exports that sliced file with parameters that are specific to your printer model. Then your printer reads the file and is able to print it.

Scripts are absent and there’s no instruction.
@@teddyjackson1902 can you give a bit more detail? Scripts are absent after installing the plugin or from the Github?
@@SlicePrintRoleplay after installing the Plugin from the Marketplace, it is present and calibration shapes / towers can be loaded as models. But any post-processing needed for those parts to be test parts doesn't work.
For Example, the Flow tower loads in but Previewing the Flow Rate in Cura it doesn't change, no matter if the FlowTower Post processing script is applied or not.
@@alittlebitintellectual7361 hmm that's the first time I've heard of this issue. I'd recommend you post on the Github page as ask for input from the creator.
