Here’s the recipe if anybody wanted it
4 cups water
Macaroni pasta
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
Take 1/2 cup of pasta water when pasta is done
Chop 2 garlic gloves
Chop one small onion
2 Tbsp olive oil
Add Chopped onion and Garlic
1/3 cup tomato paste cook for 2-4 mins
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
Add reserved pasta water
1/2 cup milk and heavy cream
Add pasta
1/2 cups cheddar and mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
Enjoy 😉
Remember to say dua al akl (the dua before eating)
1/4 cup salt!?!

Boiled pasta
Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water for sauce
2 garlic clove finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
Olive oil 2 tbsps
Fry garlic n onions on low to medium till translucent
Add 1/3 cup tomato paste
Cook 2 -4 mins
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of chili flakes
Pinch of red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tbsp sugar optional to enhance flavor
Add reserved 1/2 cup pasta water
Cook for a minute
Add 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 chicken cube
Add boiled pasta
Add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter
Stir n serve

I made this last night and it was AMAZING. I didn’t have tomato paste so I used a little bit of spaghetti sauce and used cornstarch to thicken it. I also put extra red pepper flakes. I’m making it for my fiancé this weekend.

Just tried this recipe but halved all the ingredients while keeping the pasta quantity the same as it seemed too rich. Turned out PERFECTLY.
So if I make 2 cups of macroni so should I put the same ingredients or I should double it? As my family has stomach problem so they can't eat too much spicy food
@@emmantariq733 don't let your family eat such type ov spicy food....it would cause more problem to stomach....so precaution is better😊

Commenting my feedback: It's actually delicious.
Tbh I didn't have heavy cream so i just added more milk and corn starch to thicken the sauce.
Also, I didn't have tomato paste 🍅so I used pizza sauce instead 😅, so my flavours are probably a li'l different... But this is actually a really easy and non time consuming recipe.
Making it again today 😋

@@Julia-yd3nq i actually used a whole small pasta packet, and sort of eyeballed the remaining ingredients (added more not less). It was enough to feed a family of four (moderate eaters) with leftovers.
My only real recommendation is to always use more garlic than the recipe says 😉

This pasta is hands down!! I just made it and it's delishes. I just added my own marinated ground pork into it and it's delishes. I also added sharp cheddar bc that's all I had. It's so good.
