All For One, real name Shigaraki, is the former leader and benefactor of the League of Villains, the main antagonist of the Hideout Raid Arc, and the overarching antagonist of the series. Once Japan's most powerful villain, and All Might's arch-nemesis, his full identity is unknown. His true motive is to take his little brother's Quirk, One For All, the only power that can oppose him. His current goal is to raise Tomura Shigaraki to become his new vessel by hijacking his body to steal One For All for good as well as to remake himself in greater power. He was imprisoned in Tartarus after his second defeat at All Might's hands, until he escaped, laying low waiting for his new body to heal.

Anyone else think that even if AFO fails to conquer shigaraki, that in some twisted way, he would still be extremely proud of him?
Well yea, he was usually proud of Shigaraki becoming more powerful and would probably see him as a true successor instead of a puppet. AFO had been an actual teacher to him

No. He’s a sociopath. Everything he did was strictly for his own gain. He only trained shigaraki to steal his body.
I dont think he would care really, because since afos quirk factor is in tomura body, all for one is now a part of him, he'll try to take his body but if he fails then it won't matter, because either all for one can take his body and rule over Japan or tomura shigaraki will destroy society and rule over japan himself.Either ways all for one has won

I wonder if All for One’s personal bodyguard (1:54) was Gigantomachia in the past. His hair and skin tone are similar and it would be possible that All for One gradually gave his bodyguard more and more quirks as a reward for his loyalty and in order for him to become even better at his job.

AFO's dressing sense , calmness , speaking manner and Cunning intellect. He is not typical villan whome we get pissed off . He is the one we more curious about , we fear him or felt strange whenever he appears it gives us sense of twist, something bad or really manipulative .

Not just perspective, but actions as well and OFA's actions cement him as an evil person. One who relishes pain and suffering all for his own gain. That's evil.
All For One is one of the most beautifully well-written villains in anime history.
All for One is one of the most well written and intimidating villain and even his theme song can spell the end. I bet his first name is actually Tomura and why I believe that? Is because he’s been preparing his successor to be his vessel as there is no way he would pass on his own quirk while having a duplicate for himself without an ulterior motive.

If All For One can steal and use as many quirks as he wants, imagine if he had a time travelling/Timeline Jumping Quirk, he’d pretty much steal every quirk and become a reality bending god or something if he doesn’t suffer from the Quirk Singularity.

@@user-ou5jm4mo4c you explained it myself dear friend: *Existence* by either reversing the entire earth backwards or making himself go fast enough then he can actually go back in time.. Let me explain: If he touches the ground with Eri's quirk and it manages to rewind the whole Earth then lucky him! Now all he has to do is use it layered on top of one another (Use it once a little bit and then use it again on itself to reverse the reversed time effectively giving himself a fast forward through time). If he can't do that then he just has to fast forward himself fast enough that he goes fast than light speed (theoretically this quirk doesn't control speed but time which if he manages to make it so he goes forward in negative time [If you ran 10 miles in -20 miles per hour you'd be where you were 2 hours ago] then he can force the entire universe in his perspective to go back in time) and now he's in the past with an effective way to get to the future

How you gonna have the most powerful villain in prison and not kill him as soon as possible or have powerful guards with powerful Quirks in case a prison break happens
Probably cause he could steal the guards quirks
I mean they had literal machine guns pointed at him that would shoot the second he thought of using his quirk. I don't think anyone expected a second AFO that's as strong as All Might to start busting through the whole prison with Nomus.

Plus it’s not just All for One, it’s a cesspool of most of the country’s worst villains and they’re pretty much helpless if the systems go down

We are all worried about all for one and his power which makes him seemingly invincible but we have forgotten that all they had to do was take away his respirator and he would die within a couple days.

I know some don’t like the theory but it would be interesting to see if All for One being Hisashi Midoriya were true and his relationship with Izuku and Inko. Does he actually care for them? If not why keep providing for them, why leave them alone? Idk it just makes it more interesting and actually links AFO and Izuku more closely considering AFO feels like All Might’s villain rather than Izuku’s.
The majority of the time this guy makes videos on a character when they die. I got real scared for a moment until I watched the full thing.

Okay, listen. I know it's not very "heroic" to kill villains...that heroes must always practice mercy and compassion...but this state of mind is INDESCRIBABLY DANGEROUS!
There are some threats in this universe that are simply to powerful to be allowed to survive, even in containment. All for one SHOULD'VE been one of them. That prison cannot contain him, he hasn't escaped...not because he is incapable of escaping, but because he doesn't WANT to.
A true savior will practice mercy and compassion, but will always understand when such things must END...for the sake of all those who cry out for peace!
The existential threat that All for one represents is too great to be allowed to exist, he CANNOT be contained, and nothing is worth the risk of his escape! His power...his intelligence...his drive...it's all too dangerous...he has to die. For the sake of every person who cries out for peace, All for one must be slain.
Sometimes a mercy for one group comes at the expense of mercy towards another group, executing people like AFO who are existential threats to human life is a mercy but not for AFO, it’s a mercy for civilization.
So after watching this video I go to Hulu to rewatch the AFO/All Might fight and what do I see????? MHA SEASON EFFIN 5!!!!! Why did I not know season 5 was out?!? 😭😭😭
