I had a 462 nice saw. Never had the 500i it wasn't here when I got my 462. But the stock videos seemed to show the 462 cutting faster so I went with 462 and didn't wait for it to arrive in the US.

Buddy you got to get ur mic setup right or fixed, you literally cant crank the volume up fast enough or down fast enough to where you can hear any word ur saying and saw bust ur speakers. It literally sounds like the mic is mounted on the muffler. Not criticizing but if you want anyone to know what's goin on you got to fix the mic/volume deal,. Killer saws I love the 46s, I cut my teeth on a 461, thought to be kilt lol
I'm gonna get my 462c power tuned aka ported ! The sales man told me that I won't need the 500i to replace the 462c ! So I'm deciding to get the 462c ported ! Oh who did the port job on the 462 ?
Love my 462!! Been giving some thought to porting! For the little i cut? Hard to justify another $425-$499 depending on who i go with? Mastermind or Ripsaw..maybe Christmas present to myself!😂

Good video my only criticism is the 462 had fast chain speed outta the box - would love to see a head to head with them bars buried and doging in -
