Your version of affordable and mine are two very different things lol - these things are very far from "Cheap". I'd say the "Cheapest and affordable" way to play light gun games is with a mayflash dolphin bar and a wiimote. Obviously not the same experience but tons of people have a Wiimote and the wii gun attachment laying around so they'd be able to get up and running for around $20 :)

@@timvangenechten5258 Well, most if not all wii light gun games default the crosshair on and I believe most games don't even give you the option to turn them off. This is on purpose because the positional tracking is so poor that it's required in order to have a decent experience. Imo, it's not very fun this way.
If you can give me a cheaper solution I would love to know 😅 Because I can't find anything cheaper then this and still have the same kind of arcade feeling. Gun4IR was awesome only that price is next level just like the hardware itself.

Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony should license the light gun technology from Sinden. Imagine a NES Classic Deluxe that would come with Sinden Zapper that you could play Duck Hunt on (and other light gun games). If they could sell that for $99.99 with 60 games it would sell out it’s first day. They could even get away with $129.99.

i used to love playing house of the dead at the cinema with the light guns, super immersive, even better was when they released HOTD3 and gave us prop shotguns that you could even pump to reload.

Take out the little pistonand out in a one that really throws your hand back with real force. Like for deer hunter it recoils like a 303 rifle. Strong enuff you can drop it with one hand. But teally to get into light gun setup is prob around $400+ Canadian (for 2 guns , pedals , machine and software (if you can find it). Even a proper raspberry pi 3B or 4B is way up around $100+ per bare board.
T2 you need to configure the target cross hair I think it's f4 to bring up the calibrator and you shoot the areas it tells you to. That should fix the problem

LOL. maybe follow up video explaining or tutorial how to set it up. Could you test dead space extraction as it uses almost all the given buttons for wepon switching , TK and stasis in the sinden to see how comfortable it is to use it

These are cool, but I still wish for a gun that can be played on original consoles. I know what people will say... "its just not possible" but thats not completely true. I have a concept in my head that would most likely work. But I don't have the time money and at the moment skills to build it. Basicly you need 1) a costum lightgun 2) have a device that sits in between your console and the television, 3)make it monitor the output from the console, and track the lightgun 4)send the correct input to the consoles controler port at the correct time within the frame that coresponds to the location you were aiming at. (for advanced systems like segas phaser, dumb nes works differently but that can be done aswell) It is possible, but so little time... so many ideas.
Hm. If this works even close to as well as 90s actual light guns, these would've been groundbreaking to me 10-15 years ago, when I still actively played games with a friend. The best thing we could have were the Wii shooters (mostly the House of the Dead and RE series) and we loved them. The official HotD Overkill toy accessories for the Wiimote were really sturdy and well crafted, they actually did enhance the experience by a lot.
Would be great to make them work with pandora box, im just finishing my bartop and already made the size for pandora so.. although im happy with my ps3 and move Guns also lots of good games in hd

When this was first announced i waited nearly a year for it witch i did not mind to much what i did not like is when they say posted it was not the tracking numbers were generated a month before posting and when i finely got it it was defective with i thought it was my tv so i sold it and it was the gun as the buyer had issues so i lost all faith in the company.
Maybe I had a lightgun for lethal enforcer maybe another game. Never got to play anymore light gun games. And that's when I had Sega CD in the 90s....missing out.
I had that game and light-gun to only never worked for me. Started playing with Time Crisis for the real first time 😳 Lethal Enforces with a controller what a nightmare 😅
If I have a Tablet that has my games on it that I can connect to my TV to play. Would I be able to use that Gun and aim at my TV. Would it work? Cause if it does then I would buy it.

Owning two these, Recoil and non Recoil i have to say i am very impress with what it can do. its a little fragile, however once you learn how to use it, its great !!! i hope soon Sinden can make these guns hassle free , plug and play in the near future. its difficult to setup at first and know what game is compatible with what system/settings. i still recommend it to everyone.
Those are good for the Raspberry Pi to play your light gun games but if someone who wants to play light gun games on original hardware you are out of luck unless you have a old CRT tv.
@@grantzkymvp not for a RaspberryPi 3. I backed this thing years ago, received it, and couldn't get it to properly run on a Pi 3. Supposedly it a different a experience on a Pi 4, but I'm not going through the hassle of setting it up. Using RGB-Pi to get lightgun games running on my CRT.

Regarding the SUPER CONSOLE X, SUPER CONSOLE X PRO. I am mostly interested in the MAME and ARCADE emulators for the classic arcade games. I am confused about the amount/number of games offered on the MAME & ARCADE emulators. Does the amount of games offered on these 2 emulators (MAME & ARCADE) increase or decrease with each memory option? 64G, 128G, 256G? Are there more games on the MAME & ARCADE emulators with the 256G/128G option? Are there fewer games offered in the 64G option? I eagerly await some kind of help. Thank you once again.

$100+ just for a controller that you use for a handful of games and (from what I've heard) is difficult to setup? No thanks, I'll stick with a Wii Remote.
I have the Sinden gun and use Batocera 35 on a pc, it is truly plug and play when using it with Batocera. All the software is pre-configured and works flawlessly, the delay and jumpy crosshairs is probably the result of glare from lights reflecting on the TV screen. You can hit start in the main Batocera menu, go to controllers and inside that menu is settings for the Sinden gun. There you can change the recoil from gun to machine gun to get that repeating kick in T2. You can also pick between regular recoil and quiet recoil... love the channel Wicked!!!

Wiimote IR positional tracking is very much inferior. But if you’re having fun that’s what matters.

Wii remote is not bad at all. It works great. Especially with the new Wii remotes

Regarding the white border, you forget that is there once you're playing. It's a non issue if you ask me.

I played dse with a sinden and I got stuck in the first level when you had to twist the gun to use as a screwdriver. I'm looking for a solution

Aliexpress: $5 blue tooth dongle, $4 for ir bar, $12 for wii mote & nunchuck, $6 for gun wii mote holder... $28 in total, now that is affordable

Sinden is great for this they use a white border in the screen so doesn't matter where you config this on. 😀

Is it natively compatible with AtGames Ultimate Arcade.
Those are good for the Raspberry Pi to play your light gun games but if someone who wants to play light gun games on original hardware you are out of luck unless you have a old CRT tv.
