Yeah I bought one Stoeger STR-9F and I it liked it and the price so much I went back to Cabela's and bought another one, after doing more research I found out if you shop around you can find them even cheaper from other places. Also the folks at Cabela's said these guns are made by a sister company of Beretta.
I heard Canik TP mags work in these. I'm going to find out today. I found one of these at a local shop for less than $200. I'm going to pick it up today.
Can’t beat it and that’s a fact. Only wish mags weren’t so expensive and more widely available. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already

This is a phenomenal review as usual. The guy at the gun store told me that only Benelli licensed stores can carry these. That’s why we hardly see them. I plan to buy 3 this year. Thanks for all the great info!!!
Sometimes when people say we have great reviews I convince myself it’s sympathy because our reviews are so simple and not theatrical almost mundane if you will. However, we genuinely appreciate the support and kind words and I can’t say enough good about the Stoeger pistol.
I just bought a “new in box” STR9F on sale for $219! Love it!! Extra mags can be found for $40 or less. At that price, I could have 8 extra mags for the price of a new G17. If Stoeger developed a STR10 line, it would devastate all 10mm competitors. And I would be first in line to buy a “C” and an “F” version.
They don’t get enough credit mostly because they don’t market themselves well. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already

don't believe in "press checks" BUT I do agree with your review of the Stoeger pistol... it's an outstanding shooter!!. I have Glocks,cz"s, SIG's, etc etc ... none have shot as well as the Stoeger right out of the box! I have 1000 roundabout the barrel and have had exactly ZERO mishaps

Thanks for the review. Cabelas has full size with fastfire 3 optic for 399.00 . I was afraid it was just to economical. I will pick one up next time I go
THIS FIREARM IS EXTREMELY UNDERRATED. Probably because I like many people have never heard of this brand. I saw this fire arm at my gun range and was looking to rent a Glock 23 and it wasn't available. So I saw the Stoeger STR 9C. Said F it let me rent this POS. I was totally surprised and blown away at how accurate I was with this budget gun. Put 5o rounds through it shot 5 at a time. I shot this gun more accurately than my Glock 45 straight out of the box. I had tighter groupings, my point of impact and shots went exactly where I put that sight picture. I've been shooting since February and I've had to put in a lot of time to get some what accurate and consistent with my Glock 45. It's a continuous process. I've purchased new iron sights which I have yet to put on. But like most new shooters you tend to blame the gun before you look at yourself and having poor fundamentals, flinching, anticipating recoil, bad grip, etc....but I figured it out now. but for 350.00 I got the optic ready version. This is hands down an impressive and accurate budget fire arm for the money. If your gun range has one to rent one immediately. You will be pleasantly surprised.
I was in the same boat looking for budget friendly guns to review. I had heard of Stoeger but in shotguns. I absolutely love this pistol. I genuinely do like it better than my Glocks and it holds better as well. I got mine for $300 COTD we just got 2 guns from Stoeger to review. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
I wish my shop had that color, I really like tungsten grey. It's the least expensive gun I've ever purchased and I'm waiting to get it because Commyrado has a 3 day wait period. Denver and Boulder has the whole state by the balls. And that's the pattern we're seeing all over the country.
I own a str-9sc and I have one complaint only with it and it’s a big one I cannot find any dang mags for it anywhere lol. Apart from that major problem I like it so far works good but man I wish I could find more subcompact mags for it. On a major positive I picked it up at psa for $219.99 and they are offering a $50 mail in rebate so fantastic price.
Man that’s freaking awesome and yes I feel your pain at least it came with 2. I have a STR-9C that only came with one and no mags to be found. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already.
@@GSquaredTacticalI have been using the 15rd mag for the regular str9 as a backup mag since they are regularly available here. They do stick out a bit, but function fine and aren't irritating to me so I use them as backups and for my range work and don't use the stock 13rd at the range as much since I know it works now and use it as the mag that rides when being carried so I don't wear it out anytime soon.

We have videos up on the dagger. It has been reliable and ok accurate but the finish on ours is literally flaking off and we’ve not used it very much. I would take this Stoeger over all day
The only problem we have ever had put of ours was a finish problem. It was a first Gen dagger and it was supper hard to get it, we refreshed PSA webpage for hours on end waiting for inventory to upload and when it did we snagged it up! We made some videos on the dagger if you wanna check those out. But overall just a small finish problem. It would make a good truck gun!

The Stoeger STR9 lineup are good pistols for the price. I bought one because of the good reviews about them. I got the STR9c for $200 and then $10.50 for a background check . Mine has a 900 round-count, with a mixture of FMJ and hollow points. It has been reliable and accurate every range trip. Most of my firearms are $600 and up in price. But when I saw this for $199 I could not pass it up. This is a great pistol for camping and hiking. I have shot every Glock model and the same with Stoeger pistols. I have to say I like the Stoeger lineup better. It comes with metal slights, stainless steel guide rod, good stocked trigger. Stoeger has been in business since 1924, I am sure they know how to build guns.
