Created by Team FOLON, this Fallout mod adds a new story, weapons, items, and more.

Incredible. The UI, the new comic 2D avatars for the stats and abilities are beautiful and original. Really impressed by the character creator and the quality of the sound, staging, and pacing of the intro.

FO76 came out 3 years after F4. It's been 9 years now. It's about time one of the half dozen huge mod projects finally releases. Been waiting for F4 New Vegas or Capital Wasteland, looks like we may never get either.

Angel is an elusive beast of a group, spoken of only in whispers. Some claim they are the descendents of a pre-war deep science ministry within the British government. Others say they have agents and eyes everywhere, watching and monitoring the lives of all Londoners. And still others say they’re just a myth created to scare the gullible. Little is known about them by the general public, but to those who know they say that Mr. Smythe and his agents secretly run London. No one can say for sure though and those who can, aren’t telling. I'm at level 32 and although the game has bugs and crashes on occasion, it's great to have a new world with the Fallout 4 game mechanics. I've spent most of my time just exploring the map and there are lots and lots of things to see and kill. Can't wait until they get a new update out.

It's not because of the mod. It is because Bethesda tied loading time to framerate, like amateur programmers. There is a small mod that fixes it and then it works perfectly.
The fact that a group of modders understood that the UK's Civil Defence needs to be seen and addressed before Bethesda realized it, is just speaking to how incompetent bethesda is.
