I know I'm like 3 years late.. Pats is tolerable because it's engaging. He isn't too good or think he's too big to reply to his audience. His sense of humor is perfect and his content as far as delivery, substance, and history; makes his comps way way way more tolerable. I used to be a big fan of AVGN and James Rolfe as a whole. He seems to have lost his "pizzazz" I know he has been going it for about a decade now.. and I get it. I will still watch his stuff but if I had to pick.... I pick pat for the reasons I listed above.. and he reminds me so much of myself and we are around the same age..
I just want to say I'm not calling you out or saying that you said anything wrong, nor am I coming to his defense. I'm really just saying in a long way around... I don't much care for compilations, but patman's I watch all the time at work and listen to them trying to sleep.... honestly I'm surprised his channel's aren't bigger than what he is. On top of that... pat should be an inspiration to others... my man here is a quad amputee, which just about everyone knows... but he doesn't let that slow him down at all. He overcame that obstacle and look what he's built from the ground up..... I can say this about myself and a big percentage of the world's population... a lot of people might lose one of two kinds and just lay back and give up. I probably would myself honestly... but pat here lost all 4 and still is a gamer, goes bowling among many other things... and doing these videos and being a creator to entertain us and preserve gaming history..... he has a job... I apologize for such a long posting, but Pat... I want to say my friend.... thank you so much for what you do, and for being such an inspiration.... by facing such a huge obstacle. ( where many would have given up) you trucked on and took it by the grundle and didn't let it stop you.... pat... thank you for being such an inspiration.

That controller glitch also had another benefit in Mega Man 3. If you fell down a hole, quickly letting go of the right d-pad, killing your character, then quickly pressing the right d-pad again before the screen goes black you basically become invincible. Mega Man flashes (like he's been hit) and no longer has his main weapon, but if you have secondary weapons (laser, spark, top spin etc.) you can easily defeat bosses.

Dude, I don't care what anyone says, I LOVED Mega Man Soccer growing up (and I'm not even Brazilian). I always wanted a fighting/brawling spinoff like Smash Brothers but with all the different robot masters. There was a fanmade quake/unreal type FPS made back in the day that let you pick from a huge cast to play as too, each with their own special weapon.

Can't wait to see the second half from 1999 to...I guess present day. Maybe stop after Mega Mn 11 seeing as thats the last numbered entry. You should continue covering the X series of games since that series went kinda off the rails. I don't know if you would deep dive it, but battle network and megaman exe dont really strike my fancy, but hey, it's your show. Probably should just for the sake of completion.Been binging a lot of your videos lately and I've been loving them. Earned yourself a sub! Keep up the good work!

Yes, I wanted a Nintendo so bad, my dad won one in the Church Bazar, and made me play my cello at an easter concert before he let me have it. I was like 9 or 10. I was in heaven when I got it and started playing Mario Bros on my own system. The PC megaman was all done by 1 person, so as impressive as it was for that, and as much as I enjoyed it, NES was wayyyy better.
