You don’t need to remove the headliner in order to remove the sunroof headliner. There are 4 bolts holding the glass. Once you remove it you will have access to the sunroof cover. There is a piece of metal on the back that prevents the cover from sliding all the way to the front. when replacing the bulb under the outside mirror you will see a tab on one side. Push it in towards the mirror and the use a small flat blade screwdriver and pry on opposit side where you will find a tab at the front side and one at the back side, this will release the bulb housig. Then using a phillips head screwdriver remove the 2 screws at the ends and remove bulb and insert the houseing back after tightning the screws. If daylight you will need to cover the sensor on the dash for the bulb to come on. Hope this helps.

I installed led on my interior headliner lights but only the middle one works but the other 2 on the sides wont , what should I do?
Try to reverse them
Okay so i followed the steps and everything. and they were working for like an hour or so. Then the sunvisors stopped turning on and that made the other lights to stop turning on. Im very confused, Any ideas on what it is or what happened?
Bad bulbs possibly
I have a 2003 GMC Yukon. Can you please share the link on Amazon for all the LED light purchased for the interior and puddle lights (side view mirrors)? Thank you in advance!
Link is in video description
@@TWAMotorsports Thank you kind sir! I couldn't find the links on my phone at the time I messaged you. Found it when I logged on thru my Macbook. LOL
@@MIDIstylz awesome
My issue is that the lights don’t turn on if I change them all to LED’s. The resistance is too low on my 2005 gmc Yukon Denali. If I replace one of the bulbs with a halogen bulb and turn that halogen on first, then everything works fine. How do I fix this?
And my DRL don’t turn on while driving. Only when I lock and unlock the car.
I switched to a better bulb. Lasfit
That is wild
@@TWAMotorsports the DRL I may have figured out. Most likely the ambient light sensor on the dashboard. Will try to replace that.
The other interior lights, I still haven’t figured out. Getting a fault code using the obd2 sensor. B2615
Never had that before
Do you know if they have some for an 01 Silverado? Or can I use these too?
Most of them will work.
What led bulb size did you use for the door courtesy lights?
It's in the kit listed in description
It's crazy how many light gm didn't install on the 05 06 modles. I have a z71 06 no foot well lights back doors are only reflectors no glove box and no hood light
I agree. They cheaped out. Probably save millions on the amount they built
Unfortunately only the Silverados have the under hood light for some reason, they didn't put it on the suburbans... I don't understand why lol
They are terrible anyway
Hey Travis Can I email you just a quick question about a set of wheels like yours Thanks bud 🤙
Got it
I got a truck with the same kit swapped into it, but now the front map lights don't turn on when I open the doors, but will turn on when the button is pressed, I don't know a lot about this truck so is there a way I can fix that? It's a 01 Suburban LT
may just need a replacement
when replacing the bulb under the outside mirror you will see a tab on one side.
Do you have a video on the mirror lights? I popped it off, took the two little screws off, but I didn’t want to break it. I can see the bulb in there and the two wire connectors on the top, but it doesn’t look like it comes out.?
@RobertMartinez-we3nr just a clip
I bought the same kit for my 06 Tahoe but when I put my map light bulbs in they glitch any idea what can be the issue ?
Mine had similar issues. Needed replaced and I sold it before doing it
For some reason my truck didn’t come with the harness to add a courtesy light bulb for the rear doors panels it’s kinda strange is there any way I can change that?it’s a 05 Yukon
I have noticed some don't
What is name of this place or this lamp 20:44
Map lights?
@@TWAMotorsports I mean under the dashboard
Footwell
@@TWAMotorsports thank you so much 🙏🏼
You're welcome
What size bulb is the mirror lights??
I don't remember
What's the part number for the led lights
Listed in video description
Anyone know why my 04 gmc Yukon doesn’t have the wires for the lights on the rear doors just the plastic housing
Some didn't
Do you know if the 03 Yukon has lights in the inside of the cabin on the foot part
Generally no
@@TWAMotorsports oh ok thanks I was tryna see if I could buy some leds for it I guess not lol thanks
You're welcome
God I hate the blue'ish haze those LEDs have, do they have a more warm color version?
Lasfit does
@@TWAMotorsports I'm not seeing any in the 3k-4.5k range for interior lights. I *hate* the blue tinge anything above 5k'ish has.
I just get lasfit 194 white
@@TWAMotorsports The only ones I'm seeing are 6000k or 6500k. I'll pass and find someone else who has them in the sub 5000k range without the gross blue tinge to them.
@Munky332 good luck on your search
Put these led inside truck. They don't turn completely off. Dim on all the time. Help plaese
At the 10 min mark when all power is cut or when door is opened do they go off
Good stuff as always. Got an idea for content. Do a how to build or building a Tahoe in 10 to whatever minutes. Do a run down of pictures. Seems to be a viral idea on TH-cam. Green truck would make a great one too.
Thank you and thanks for the idea
I replaced all my interior lights on my 2005 chevy suburban and when the car is off they stay on a little bit you can see little white dots will they cause any issue or how do I fix that
May have to go to a lasfit error free bulb.
Sorry I’m not really sure what that means
@@favianvalenzuela6065 its a different bulb
Just did this. Way way brighter, and feels more modern.
Definitely a big upgrade
Is it the same thing for a 2003 GMC yukon??
Yes
You think that led kit will work on a 2006 GMC Yukon?
They should
Ok thanks!
