I love this mod because when I installed a no border mod for solstheim I went to the mainland (where the volcano is) and I noticed that the ground was completely solid throughout the whole thing and it's really convenient to make a mod adding things there from the original morrowind game
I think Bethesda can learn a lot from modders, and can actually make a elder scrolls where you can explore all of tamriel and maybe even the other continents like atmora, yokouda, akavirii and shit, so pretty much all of Nirn.

It's mostly due the mod, but I think the main island can't be settled as the red mountain still roars, but I guess there should be a lot of settlements on the continent and the little islands scattered around the sea of ghost, still there might be nothing significant going on there as it's the farthest from the empire, maybe they are having clashes with the argonians on the southern most part but that's always the case for dark elves.
Sadly this other MasterPiece Mod Abandoned, There is no NavMesh , No Quest and very few NPCS, but with an enormous Potential, Waiting for some Skyrim Genius to Complete, I hope appear some day ...

Skywind also isn't a very good solution. The only good project that will give you the entirety of Morrowind in TES 5 is Beyond Skyrim. I really hope they soon release a kind of test version with only some provices because Elsweyr and Atmora are still long from finishing.

In order for the map to focus on Morrowind, you must have the Dragonborn DLC, and be in the Solstheim area. You will not be able to view Morrowind from Skyrim. For example, go to the Windhelm docks, take the boat to Morrowind, then press M. You should be able to see the map of Morrowind along with Solstheim.

+Nebula tB This mod is being developed in the spare time of the people who are working on it and they are still working on the world space. There are some (default) npcs in the first area, but it's currently too early to introduce a lot of NPCs.

It's actually only a small amount, it looks big because its zoomed in as far as the actual sholthstiem map.
Like James said, its zoomed in. The interesting thing is that Morrowind, Skyrim, and Oblivion's maps are all roughly the exact same size.

seems like only about 1/10th the size but it is much more populated. Skyrim has tons of empty land.
