I just bung butter, garlic, salt and pepper and whatever veg into the saucepan on a very low heat and let them steam. The juice they release is gravy for the rest of the meal (if there's a lot of watery juice I reduce it first).
trying to find healthier options of what to eat and I tried it and I most say it didn't disappoint.....I did the last version of it except I didn't have any sweet pepper in mine I didn't have any onion powder, so I diced a small piece of onion n add it before I added the garlic to the pot n I must say I will do this again.
