  • The Low FODMAP Diet (a popular treatment for IBS and SIBO) is NOT good for your microbiome... It causes or worsens dysbiosis! In this video, I'll show you what this "SIBO diet" does to Bifidobacterium, Faecalibacterium, Akkermansia, Bilophila, and others.

The low FODMAP diet has made it so i can only tolerate 8 foods. It worked somewhat at first but then i became more and more food intolerant.

Well, try to do extensive fasts and then later start adding the right probiotics such as low histamine probiotics and add things like nutritional yeast, hempseeds, and sun fiber, and do it for a long while, that should increase your good gut bacteria.

I've had my gut microbiome destroyed and I healed, it is always possible to fix your gut and to get back to tolerating foods Very well and healing diseases through gut health repair. For Full gut repair, what I learned and what I did, was change my diet and make it similar to the gaps diet or a keto diet. This means, eat only natural foods, avoid added sugar and gluten completely, to begin, and have probiotics rich fermented foods or probiotics supplements everyday, to begin. Then to improve results, remove all carbs and even fruit sugars, your body will get used in a few days, eat only natural foods and good fats as butter, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts. Herbs as ginger, cloves, turmeric, rosemary, as tea or in food help greatly too. Only sweetener allowed is raw honey because it helps gut rid of yeast or bad bacteria overgrowth and helps probiotics growing, as does coconut oil. Keep all these for some months and there'll be great improvements.

The diarrhea has disappeared, but there are serious side effects. I feel very tired and deficient in vitamins and.. knowing that I eat meat and entrails.. but now wool. I will try your program. I think 💯 that your program is correct. Thank you from Morocco 🇲🇦

hi dr.dinezza ive got a question but my englisch is not the best iam from germany actually :) i just ask and see if you answer even tho i greatly appreciate it since iam a little bit desperate on this topic. i suspect that i have SIBO since i have gut issues (mostly bloating and constipation) for 2 years now. but i never did a breath test because they are so inaccurate right. in fact tomorror i could do a breath test with my doctor with lactulose but like you already said they are inaccurate. also the fact that ive became a little bit of a hyppochondria doesent make things better for me, false diagnoses are deadly for my anxiety. so my question would be, what do i do? i only suspect that i have SIBO iam not sure, there are times where my gut is completely normal usually times when i have less stress and iam happy. ( current state of my life is not the best, so i have a lot of stress atm ) but it also seems the more i get fixated on nutrition ( low fodmap this and that ) the worse the symptoms get, you could also say, the cleaner and stricter i eat the worse it all gets, didnt eat sweets for 7 months straight and i have a sweet tooth. but i didnt eat sweets out of anxiety.. that cant be good right. but the fear to make things worse now by intriducing other foods again is also there. i hope you can help :( thank you dr!

I also keep fermented vegetables in my diet. I hope this helps you, best wishes.
