I have a few suggestion how to proceed once Milliardo start playing. First of all, after the first few missions (maybe before or after the first few beginner pulls) it would be cool if he did a stream of some beginner guide on how to start up, to continue with the test subject in a different manner, (my suggestion would be Kukkikazes beginner guide as it is rather general and seems pretty decent) and after that maybe the video of BloopAK about 'Why bad operators exist' (based on Mark Rosewater articles).

@@MilliardoVT Oh don't worry, the 'guides' I would suggest aren't really guides, they are more guidelines that help you find your spot on how you want to progress. I just would find it interesting to watch how someone progresses that has some basic knowledge from these guidelines and how it would change the progression compared to someone that goes in blind.
My guess would be that it would make the game more fun, as you won't get overwhelmed by what the game throws at you as easily.
Ok, I'm awake and can formulate my thoughts properly. Few thoughts about flag discussion.
From a design standpoint i have to agree: coat of arms >> flag with symblos >> the rest.

1:38:39 What is workable battle standard? I think throughout the history battle standard had two purposes: as matter of pride and as distinction. Former is important because it's not only a show off but directly corresponds to the troops morale (like having on the flag your noble house insignia or religious symbol). Latter is important because on the battlefield you have two problems with flags distinction: wind and limited human sight, which leads to: simple colored flag >> over any symbol. So if flag serves both its a workable battle standard. The thing is though even just boring two colored stripes could to the trick. It definitely does for me. And there is alway an option to slap country emblem on top to make it look cooler :D Like thats what basically S. Korea did and many others.
P.S. As usual fun stream :)
Don't know how much word of guy who didn't played and only watched let's plays worth... But honestly don't recommend replacing VN parts with anime. At least part 2. They cut things that should've stayed, left things that should've been cut, mangled emotional moments... and didn't even gave us cool fights to compensate.
Like both reading let's play on forum and watching it on YT were more emotional than what anime gave.
