The S.S. Badger offers the largest cross-lake passenger service on the Great Lakes and an authentic steamship experience. The relaxing four-hour, 60-mile cruise takes passengers, autos, RVs, tour buses, motorcycles, bicycles, and commercial trucks across Lake Michigan between Ludington, Michigan and Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

Took the trip with the wife about 1990... super warm day we ate biscuits and gravy and then sat on the starboard side and floated past the mid lake floating marker.
WE called it a thousand dollar trip... stayed in the Best Western across the way by taxi 7 dollar trip.
We didn't bring our car because we did not want to go anywhere... Wisconsin does not know how to make a good pizza... lol
