I'm due for a new ASV machine. Interested in the aircurve 11 but I hear it has the smaller motor like the air sense, whereas the air curve 10 has the larger motor. Wondering if going with the 10 is smarter because it has a more robust motor.
You make a good point about the motor...only time will tell if the smaller motor will have the same life expectancy as the aircurve 10 motor. The Airsense 11 has been around for almost 3 years. The best/most practical? upgrade the AirCurve 11 has is automatic software updates. Everything else is cosmetic.
The Aircurve 11 also comes with more therapy assistance tools via myAir app, but that's probably not that appealing unless you're new to therapy.
Is there a ramp up feature on the AirCurve 11 BiPap?
Yes, ramp is available in the AirCurve 11 auto BiPAP (VAuto) and the AirCurve 11 ASV.
it's not on Resmed's website... is it truly available?
