To all a point of clarification these are subscriber requestS, in other words stocks I was asked to review. These are not stocks that I personally picked. Therefore, to understand my position on each listened when I sing the video. Regards, Chuck
Great to have you back Chuck! It did take me a little while to become totally familiar with the tool, but now I wouldn’t know what to do without it. Fastgraphs and this channel have helped me immeasurably as an investor!
Chuck it makes me very happy to see you back on the channel! And so cool that you also looked at a Dutch company. Would it help you if i send a list of potential undervalued Dutch stocks?
Most helpful, Chuck. I would echo the concern about REITS. In a rising rate environment how will companies handle refinancing at higher rates? And with all the work from home, (0nlyy 25% of all DC office staff is in office!) how long before those office building really face disaster. I am guessing 2024. FASTGraphs is great for objective number research. But further research and work needs to be done on the economic situation that affects the company and it's segment.
Dear Chuck! We need some of your wise words and steeady head in these times. Could you please do a video on your favourite banking stocks, as a comparison to those that failed? I know the market is irrational, but this is my first experience with this domino effect but the ramifications seem quite serious. I am still buying, but am unsure if I'm making a big mistake which only time will tell.
Hi Anthony, this is Polly from support@fastgraphs.com - this offer is for first time subscribers to the Premium Annual - so if you are a Premium Monthly or a Basic, you are eligible for this offer!
If you can tell green from white, you can use this tool, lol. If your stock price is in green area consider buying, if white consider selling :). The blue and orange lines roughly divide white & green. There you go!
Hi! thank you for all these very informative videos I learn a lot with you Chuck. I would like to know how to evaluate stocks like SUNCOR ENERGY INC (SU:CA) for the rest everything is going very well.
Collapsing fundamentals indicate that TSN is actually overvalued despite the recent drop in price. Long-term it may recover but that is speculation. Regards, Chuck
I am really thinking about selling Microsoft; It is a great quality company, but it is just so overvalued at the moment at a PE of 32 FWD-PE of 31 an a YOY-growth rate of lower than 15%. The quality is amazing, but due to some AI hype it might be the right time to sell especially if competitors begin to offer alternatives... Difficult decision.
This dynamic tool (fundamentals analyzer software tool) that produces essential fundamentals at a glance. Analyst estimates are included, but hardly the heart and soul of the research provided. Regards, Chuck
I do not understand your question. The stocks covered in this video were requested by subscribers. They do not represent stocks that I am invested in. Instead, they are stocks that subscribers to this channel asked me to cover.
Not sure I would buy an office REIT, new generations just don't want to work in an office. You end up most likely like with T or VZ, declining companies that new generations hate.
It would be nice if chart changed to FFO every time you choose REIT. Lets say I have a watchlist of 50 companies and 15 will be REITs than you need to switch between EPS a FFO all the time and it gets annoying. Also please get rid of most of Settings and make it one click user friendly. I dont want to go to settings every time I want to draw custom P/E or every time to change between dividend reinvested and not reinvested. So in graph key area simply add clicable custom P/E ratio. In perfromance tab add switch between reinvested dividends and clicable invest amount. The same way like you can enter your custom price in Custom forecasting calculator. Its all easy to implement and will make the tool so much user friendly. I guarantee you that nobody wants to do with 6 clicks what can be done with two. Another thing which is a must are price and P/E alerts. This should be number one priority. Lets say I look at Cigna chart and find it appealing at P/E 10x than I would love to make a P/E alert directly in the Fastgraphs and get notified once it reached my target. Now I need to use my mobile phone and another service which is inconvenient.
Glad to see you back!! We missed you and feel for your loss.
Absolutely!!!

Hi Chuck, shortly, your opinion about IEP. Tkx

Can you review Crown Castle?
Please look at COHR 🙏
COHR appears to be very undervalued. However, research and due diligence would be required.
Welcome back.
I just purchased a week ago. I would’ve loved that discount

Chuck, is this a good time to buy, everybody saying the market is going to crash. What do we do?
No one knows
Almost got sick looking at the Intel graph.
🎉🎉
Will you talk about TSN….do you think it’s a decent buy or value trap off todays ER disappointment & low guidance
