Thank you Mr. Valuation! The same story happened to me with Primerica and Skyworks Sollutions. I bought them when they were just in fair value and then the price dipped although the fundamentals remained good (for Primerica) and a little weak (for Skyworks). I bought again near the bottom having faith in the fundamentals and now I am in the green with both. The lesson today is trust the fundamentals (or the orange line)!

In 2003 SPY was significantly overvalued and remains overvalued today. In contrast, IPG was overvalued in 2003 but is undervalued today. Valuation matters and it matters a lot. Regarding fundamentals earnings grew faster for IPG 8.25% versus 7.99% SPY. It's important you know where returns came from and how they were achieved. Regards, Chuck

I guess the reason why people panic over a price drop is because they think that will impact future returns and outlook.

I think MPW will be fine as long as there is not something that we do not know about. Looks like there fixing their tenant problems and I am hopeful.
