A friend found the easier line (more to the west) of Bussa Rhymes and that was fun. Then he took me into Busser Douglass. That was fun until the tree goal-posts and then it was just too loose and scary. 🤣
@@enriquetimmytea4681 haha I hear you! Made that bit when I was 14 just being silly with a friend. Never even thought it’d be ridable until I cleaned it up while making the rest of the trail! That bridge is getting pretty dangerous too. Glad you had fun on the upper bit though, always cool to see people riding that stuff!! Thx for the comment :)
Your trail is a bit too Hard Line for me. I prefer keeping tires on the ground. That "Busser Douglass" trail though looks so good. Would love to try that one out next year. Buddy and I wanted to revive an old Jamieson trail this year, but never found the time. Not a lot for features, but some crazy steep ridge lines. Several years of run-off damage to fix, plus add some chicken routes so our less gravity-enthused friends could enjoy some of the upper sections too.
@@TheRotundRider haha fair enough! I wanted to make this one right on the edge of my comfort zone. In its current state it’s almost not even worth riding beside the drop / booter combo. Busser Douglass is a lot more chill besides the chute at the end, but even my dad rides it no problem. Jamieson trails are super rad and I’d be stoked to see a bit of work get done up there, especially on that older steep stuff! It’s just such an enjoyable thing to get out and dig, especially if you got bikes, beers, and buddies! Thanks for the comment :)
that drop looks horrendous!!! Jesus Bro! Well done!
@@averageduderidinghardtrails appreciate you dude!! Can’t wait to see you tackle some Kamloops stuff 🤘🏻

@ If we ever get it running I’ll tag you. It’s on the Mt. Hyde side coming down from O’Connor Lake. So steep!
Looks sick! Up near Rio or over towards Barnhartvale? This Bellingham guy is just curious that's all.
Thanks for the comment! It’s further west than Rio, maybe 1-2km down Scott road 🤘🏻
