Kamloops has many bike tracks. They got a bike park in rose hill . Going behind valleyview ice rink, mount paul, sun peaks and all rhe surrounding areas of thr city.
But this video looks like it was filmed just outside . Probably more outside of on the way out from kamloops heading towards vancouver . Probably on the way too lac le jeaun and logan lake. It just my guess . 🤷

I think those trails are in Merritt, not Kamloops. Merritt is about 80kms south of Kamloops towards Vancouver on the Coq.
