I really wanted to go to the Blue Mountains but our time was very limited in Sydney. I'm pretty sure we will go back and spend at least a week in Sydney.

We didn't know. We wanted to stay close to any of the beaches and we found this hotel the cheapest. We loved it tho.

@@HelloMires Don't worry about going to Watsons Bay. It isn't "exclusive". But if you want to buy a house there, it will cost you quite a lot of money.
We actually search that 😂 We were thinking: "this looks like a quiet and small place, it must be cheaper than downtown Sydney" 😂

There is a naval base at HMAS Watson (His Majesty's Australian Ship) in Watson's Bay, at the end of the road . Submarine Warfare Systems Centre, Tactical Training Building where the highly secure meetings with US Presidents are held, Bridge Simulator for training bridge crews to steer and dock safely, Not open to the public unfortunately.
