Best beaches in SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Bondi, Manly, Bronte (vlog 3)

- Australia is famous for the beaches, and Sydney has some of the best beaches in the country. We spent a day visiting the favorites and seeing some of the most beautiful sceneries one could ask for. We started by getting to Manly Beach by ferry, and the views along the way are fabulous. You see all of the top landmarks in Sydney! From Manly, we got another ferry to Watsons Bay, where we visited Camp Cove and the Gap National Park. We then headed by bus to the world-famous Bondi Beach, which was packed with beautiful people. From Bondi, we closed with one of the world's most beautiful coastal walks until Bronte. Such an amazing day, hard to choose which part was the best.

► WHO AM I?
I am a Brazilian-American journalist living in Florida. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that, for so long, I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
P.S.: The funny guy who appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American, and he's actually camera-shy. That's why he's behind the camera most of the time 😉

Renata:Welcome back to Sydney, Australia this week in great joy & peace January of 2024❤❤❤I wish you guys safe journeys & good luck always in peace 2024❤❤❤
The best beaches are either in Queensland or Western Australia.
Thanks

Renata:Congratulations to you guys for your amazing video today's from Sydney, Australia in January of 2024❤❤❤I really LOVE your amazing video in joy 2024❤❤❤
Beautiful beaches and rocks. I love how people can walk along the coastline for miles.
This is another very high quality video thanks guys. I know that Sydney is visually pretty amazing but your superb photography takes it to the next level.
Thanks so much! I really appreciate!
it takes a visitor to remind us just how beautiful our coastline is here in Sydney - thanks Renata, enjoy your time here.
Thank you...love it. You have a special city!
Lived in Sydney 60 years so it’s so funny to see the tourists enjoying all the tourist sites. 👏👍
Thanks for watching. Any hidden gems you care to share?
I know we will return to Sydney and Australia.

Congratulations to you guys for heading back to Australia again in January of 2024❤❤❤Happy New Year to explores the globe in 2024❤❤❤
That was a day many people only dream about! My favorite beach was Manley, but the best part of the video was the happy little boy, he was adorable.
Totally, beautiful touch in the video! Thanks for watching.
Manly, named after the local aborigines who Capt Phillip thought were "very manly".
My favourite beach is Collaroy…its a smaller beach, but quite a sheltered beach…the beach that you pointed out, Tamarama beach, is pretty but is actually one of the most dangerous cos it sometimes has some powerful waves and constantly has rips forming. I love the coastal walk from bondi to Bronte, but i the spit to manly walk is just as nice. I feel incredibly lucky to live in a city blessed with such beautiful places.
Local beaches girl here & there are so much nicer ones on the NB’s that many don’t know about 🤫
I'm counting down towards my trip to Sydney in three weeks! Your video makes the remaining three weeks excruciatingly long.
HAHA, fantastic. Have a great time as I know you will enjoy visiting.
What is not often publicized in Sydney tourism videos is The Royal National Park in southern Sydney. Do the Costal walk. It's one of the best hikes in Sydney.
Awesome, thanks for the tip. How long a hike? Are there camping spots?
Which part of Sydney are you coming to? How long have you allowed to spend here before moving on?
And what Mrherbalful forgot to mention is that the southern area around the Royal National Park have THE BEST Sydney beaches: Cronulla - 5 beaches; Jibbon - 3 beaches; The Royal National Park - 5 beaches. @@RenataPereiraTV
Wow, this is a wonderful video Renata! I live in Sydney, and watching this makes me realise how beautiful my city is. I still love Brisbane, where my family lives (and Melbourne too!), but there is something very special about Sydney. So glad you enjoyed your time here : )
I should add, South Australia has some of the best beaches in Australia. Check out Kangaroo Island, Yorke Peninsula and Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Incredible!
Agree, if it weren't for the sand flies, those SA beaches would be perfect.
Great video! Thank you for visiting again and showing our beautiful beaches.
Our pleasure!
Renata:Welcome to Sydney, Australia in great joy @ these amazing beaches with many women & men swimming & having great times with family & friends in January of 2024❤❤❤

The visuals, the editing, the commentary- all perfect. Well done on another compelling video. Sydney is a beautiful place.
Should visit south of Sydney the beaches of cronulla great ocean walks to each beach no where near the crowds and beautiful rock and ocean pools.
Thank you for the tips. Sydney truly has a lot on offer. Others gave more suggestions. We will definitely be returning to cover more of the city.
Nothing like sitting on the steps of the Cafe at South Cronulla, enjoying world class coffee watching the sets roll in. We are truly blessed living in Sydney Australia.
What a perfect day. I see Gordon understood the theme for Baywatch. Maybe just bc he’s Manly.
Enjoyed your video! We had a wonderful time in Australia.
Welcome back guys. Love to see your Sydney video again. Yes, Sydney is a beautiful city. I live here for 39 years now no regrets whatsoever very grateful and thankful instead. Cheers.
Hello and thanks for watching. 39 years is a long time and I bet you have seen a lot of change?
So many wonderful beaches in Sydney
For sure and by the comments, there are so many more. Thanks for watching.
Reminds me of Laguna Beach, CA. Watching from snow-bound Washington DC, USA. Thanks!
Very similar they are. Thanks for watching.
wow I love how you present Australia in such a beautiful way; the Australian government should award you citizenship.
We would take that!!! HAHA, thanks for watching.
Renata:I am hoping you guys are also planning to visit the African continent later in 2024❤❤❤I wish you guys safe journeys & good luck on your amazing trips across the globe in 2024❤❤❤
One day we will. Thanks for the support.
Thank you for this beautiful video.
You are most welcome.
Balmoral on the Lower North Shore just a few kilometers from Syndney's CBD you can catch a ferry too, it's protected (no waves) and has the option of sitting on the grass or sand much better than the overated Bondi.
Also, there's a great walk from the Spit Bridge on the Lower North Shore to Manly around 14KMS.
So much on offer...I think I will be returning soon. Thank you for sharing and for watching.
Amazing video as always. Well done!!
Thank you very much we appreciate it.
Another great video Renata ! Come back to the sunshine coast for empty beaches 😎🙌
Thank you! We could hop on that plane right now but have a few videos to get though.
Nice sunny weather
Perfect...we got very lucky. Thanks for watching.
Buen video no conosco Australia, pero gracias a los que son paseadores y aventureros que graban y comparten sus videps de paseos a los lugares que van, gracias por compartir sus viajes, cuidense ❤️💙🌎👍👍
just looking you guys that remembered me to monica and chandler on "friends" show haha
Watching this as we come out of a week of Arctic sub zero temperatures. Now the eighth named Atlantic storm of the season moving in, Storm Ither (pronounced eifa), at least now warmer.
Renata:Thanks you so much for this new remarkable video today’s from Sydney,Australia @ the beach with other tourists in January of 2024❤❤❤Happy New Year to you guys in peace 2024❤❤❤
You are most welcome.
Sydney,Australia is just an amazing country to explores in 2024❤❤❤

Thank you! Will do!
Very Nice and beautiful… perfect views…Love it… 😊
Thank you for watching!
Glad u both enjoyed our beaches!
It was a great time and loved the walk. I know we will be back to explore more.
Renata that was gorgeous .. I moved to Manly as a 26 year old country girl.. there were 3 of us .. got a unit just off the Corso .. best years of my life .. Manly is a way of life , not a destination .. ask any Sydneysider.. way better than Bondi 👌😁.. had my 3 babies in Manly hospital .. million dollar harbour views.. I❤️ Manly..thank you for sharing 🙏🥰❤️
It truly is a special place. I know we will be back. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for this video. Wonderful vlog.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!

That’s a magnificent beach of Sydney
Totally. I suspect they have many more up and down the coast. Thanks for watching.

Even better ones and totally deserted. Shhhh 🤫👍

Thank you I appreciate that!
Renata:Welcome back to Sydney,Australia this week to explores this amazing city @ the beaches, restaurants, hotels, streets foods, entertainment centers, etc.in January of 2024❤❤❤
i think the water is refreshing
Absolutely. I would visit again. Thanks for watching.
Born & raised in Perth WA close the Hillarys beach. Have visited Sydney & the whole east coast from Melbourne to Port Douglas many times as tourists exploring the whole east coast
Great as a tourist, but as to the daily life of living and working and realestate costs i will take Perth anytime. The WA coastline some 13,000kms long is up there with the best in the world and we don't have the massive crowds & major traffic issues you get on the east coast and no such thing as road tolls.
Glad to see you two back and having fun
I was in Perth and I can imagine...feels quite chill! Gordon has it that we will return, in the not too distant future, as he has shown me quite a few spots in WA to visit.
Lets hope it happens soon. Thanks for watching.
Renata:When are you guys planning to visit Helsinki, Finland in 2024? I am hoping you guys takes that remarkable trip soon after you guys finish visiting Australia in 2024❤❤❤
We would love to visit Finland and Scandinavia. Certainly in the nearer future. Thanks for suggesting.
Esoo si bonitas playas se ven 🏖️🏖️🏖️🏝️🏝️👍
Super Australia the coffe, know. Į love Australia 😇💟🌹😘😇💟🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬
Just curious why you guys turned around before reaching Shelley Beach? I love that beach, great for snorkeling and topless sun baking
You are right, we should have included it. I guess we have to return to Sydney.
Excellent quality vlog.
Many thanks! I really appreciate!
Que lugares bonitos
FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC
Thank you so much 😀
Palm Beach, Narabeen and Collaroy beach are great beaches in the nothshore beyond Manly beach. You can climb to the light house with the best view to the next level at Oalm Beach.
Nice to see another video from you two. I live in Melbourne but I think that Manly is the best inner Sydney beach. If I have a meeting in Sydney and have some spare time, I take the ferry to Manly and walk around to Shelly Beach and have lunch at the Boathouse. My sister lives on Elizabeth Bay. Unfortunately, there was a nasty shark attack on a 29 year old woman there this week. That's why they have those netted swimming areas.
Thanks for sharing and watching. Next time we are in Sydney we will check it out, Shelly Beach and lunch.
Unfortunate about the sharks, swimmers beware.
Nice contents my friend, thanks for sharing
You are most welcome. Thanks for watching!
Wow! I love this vlog! We're going there this May so I'll definitely do a whole day trip to the beaches just like this one :) May I ask though, how much is the ferry ride going to Manly, as well as Watsons Bay?
Hello, can we get to know each other please?
The ferry costs about $5.00 each way to Manly and Watson's bay.. and half price on a Sunday.
Sydney's beaches are a true paradise, inviting rock pools, and panoramic ocean views. ❤
Totally, great place to get some RnR after visiting the city. Thanks for watching.
@@RenataPereiraTV my pleasure ❤️
There is a beautiful beach out at Penrith worth checking out.
Thanks for sharing. Seems lots of other beaches to see...we will have to return!
😊
The weather looks fantastic. Which month were you there?
March...perfect weather. Thanks for watching.
Beautiful video.
Thank you very much!
Nsw and queensland have the best beaches and its just a beautiful place to live. Im from boring freezing melbourne but one day ill be in paradise
How about Western Australia?
How many people look to move to the coasts?

@@RenataPereiraTV from Rosario. I'm from Rosario Argentina. Where he was born and

Ahh, yes! We have to get to your country and there now seems to be lots of changes.
You will see a lot of Brazilians at Bondi! Many of them practise Capoeira there.
Yes, and we noticed a few Brazilians on Gold Coast. We are everywhere!
I will recommend Terrigal beach go check it out its a good beach but a bit far away.
Thanks for sharing. We will have to return to see more of these beaches.
Boa tarde. Vc ainda faz vídeos em português? Os que eu vi eu amei. Parabéns!!!!
Yeah life's a beach being an Aussie. I'm in Penrith bottom of the Blue Mountains west of Sydney and we have just got a beach here in the lakes here. We have called it Pondi Beach. 😂
Your B-roll video work is always improving and I love it. Awesome film work. I really think Sydney is calling me to come and explore. I'm trying to figure out if Sydney is much closer to a tropical climate rather then not.
In summer it is, So I'd come NOW, before Autumn sets in, although Autumn and Spring are the best times of the year, really - not too hot and not to cold. and cool enough so you can sleep at night.
I no want to lose no one
Thank you!@@gbsailing9436
The last couple of weeks have been excruciating with humidity. Might as well be in North Queensland.

Hi, I was curious to know if Sydney Australia has any resorts for travelers. If not, do people usually just stay in AirBnbs or all inclusive hotels?
Any Australians in the community that can answer this best?
My response is that maybe in the region surrounding Sydney or up the coast...but I don't think so.
@@RenataPereiraTV Okay thank you so much!

Hahaha finally back to Australia's series
Yes, thanks for watching.
Can't wait for New Zealand series Mrs. Renata
I prefer the Wollongong beaches to Sydney beaches because they are more scenic . The northern beaches are pretty scenic too !
Pittwater inlet from Newport and Palm beaches...
Thanks for sharing.
You skipped the best part of Manly Beach - taking the walkway to nearby Shelly Beach, at Cabbage Tree Bay. It's like diving into a lush aquarium there for the fish and plants, which is why they get so many snorkelers and divers. It's my favourite part of Sydney!
Enjoy..😂❤
Thank you very much!
❤❤❤
Thanks again!
If you like a bit of Victorian era charm, then I suggest Balmoral Beach. My favourite thing to do there isn't necessarily to go swimming but to eat at "Bathers Pavilion" once in a while or to have a picnic with Friends at the foreshore. Check the prices at Bathers Pavilion before you go because it is a little more expensive even for Sydney's standards.
How nice! Thanks for the idea! Just took note for a future trip
👍🙂🙋👏 Thanks Renata

I really enjoyed this video, I love your perspective. I grew up in Sydeny, surfed all my life and I lived on Sandridge Street for about 10 years. Tama and Mackenzies are great surf spots, highly underated (let's keep it that way) and crazy close to the CBD. But I have to correct something in this video, Tamarama is one of the most dangerous beaches in Australia. Step back a little and look at the coastline, Marks park headland and Bronte point push into Tama with a southerly swell and Tama becomes the gutter. Straight out to sea. *Edit th-cam.com/video/nRrs2EJ-37Q/w-d-xo.html (at this spot in the video you can see how steep the beach front is at low tide)
Bondi is actually the birthplace of Speedo and the Surf Lifesaving movement.
Thanks, interesting facts.
А у нас зима. Засыпает снегом. Морозы.
Гордон из Канады слишком хорошо знает зиму. Согревайтесь и спасибо за просмотр.
@@RenataPereiraTV Вам спасибо, за ваши видео.
Pity you didn’t get to the Northern beaches like whale Beach and Palm Beach. Maybe next time. ☺️
Absolutely, next time! Thanks for the suggestions. I bet the whole coast is littered with gems!?
What a body in that blue swimsuit at 6.00 . Definitely took some screenshots of that. To enjoy later.

Hello Theo. We are working on a new video...to be released soon.
How to go back from Bondi to Sydney
Bondi is very close to the city; closer than manly on land. A 15-20 min bus ride to the city or a 5-10 min bus ride to Bondi Junction and 5-10 min train ride from Bondi junction to Sydney CBD.
My daughter lives in Bondi, there is a cool beach with a swimming pool. You can go to a store Russkis Deli, with Russian-language food products and say hello to my daughter’s husband. Manly also has a super beach.
👍
🤗🤗
If you were to visit a new beach in Australia every day, it would take you over 27 years to see them all!
I know, we discover so many online that Gordon's requesting we return and soon!
We especially have our eye on Western Australia at the moment.
Your top 3 suggestions?
@@RenataPereiraTV You guys would be welcome back any time. Western Aus is great, just be careful in summer it can get very hot, it can have a week of 40C or higher. For me I haven't spent much time there. My favorite beaches are usually much quieter, I holiday in the Forster area and Port Maquarie, a few hours North of Sydney by car. We have a holiday house at Elizabeth beach there. You could check out the area if you felt so inclined, it is riddled with great beaches, you can often see the next beach over from the one you are on, and some people will swim from beach to beach
Thanks for sharing. We will be back.
I can imagine Australia is blessed with many great coastal towns with beaches. Seems like the perfect country to retire in.
Sydney water is so warm and clear. Ahh u guys are from Brazil, that's why you think the water is cold LoL
HAHA, yes...but still, fantastic you have great beaches. I know we will return and we will leave our cameras at home.
