I wasn't convinced at first, felt it was a little sharp in the opening, but after a bit it settles down and becomes a gorgeous, uplifting and envigorating scent. Lasts hours and hours on my skin. This will be magic on the hot summer days 🌞

The grapefruit is that realistic with Perseus I wasn't sure if I should be taking statins whilst wearing it. I love that you keep getting little bombs of citrusy freshness in your nose throughout the day, giving you a little boost every time you smell it.
I dont know how people like Layton, it smells so much like medicine kind of. Everyone is different though, but what you like about it? Haltane, Oajan, and Carlisle smells amazing too, Althair too and Percival is a nice summer one with Perseus, Greenly and Sedley are nice gym scents
Layton is just 10/10 I mean there's reason why it's most liked from them and most women I've asked and heard from just love it and say eyes roll to back of heads lol
TdH ETF & Elysium are solid comparisons. Elysium is really a blue fragrance with a big vetiver presence in the base. Perseus is a citrus fragrance with a big vetiver presence in the base. What I appreciate about Perseus is there is a subtle underlying sweetness throughout that keeps this very mass appealing. Without that, it could come off as more mature, and perhaps not really in alignment with the PDM aesthetic. Overall I quite like it. I won't buy it at retail, but as soon as it hits discounters, I'll look to scoop it up.

He's pretty accurate on this. I have a decant and compared it with TDH EDT and TDH Eau Givree, also compared it to the Roja, I think it's closer to Eau Givree in vibe. I do not feel the need to have it in addition to Eau Givree, they serve the same purpose. (he even says redundant, but then backs off, I say it's redundant in purpose.) It does certainly last all day. It's a very dry scent, there's little to no sweetness. I would like just a bit of creaminess in the dry down similar to CC 1872 which is super pleasant at the 6 hour mark.

Got a sample of this in the mail recently. Sprayed it on my skin and it reminded me of encre noire sport. Side by side, Perseus is a bit sweeter (only by comparison, I wouldn’t say it’s a sweet fragrance at all), also leans more towards the citrus then the vetiver, at least in the opening. PDM smells higher quality too (nothing against Lalique). Haven’t smelled eau tres fraiche but I’ll take his word for it that it smells similar to that too
I think this was leaned more unisex. I think the vetiver definitely gave it the grass element, but I could put a splash of vanilla with if I wanted to make it sweet. I loved this for me!
For anyone, specifically Ash, that's smelled both this and Aventus Cologne, how do they compare? I went through a bottle of AC in a few years and loved it, got amazing feedback, I haven't had a chance to try the PDM yet so wanted to know people's thoughts on the two

I am always confused this with Althair. PDM should have made all the freshies with transparent bottles like sedley and greenly,..i.e. transparent Orange bottle.
Galloway isn’t a transparent bottle, neither is Percival. I too believe PDM should make all their freshies transparent bottles. Just makes sense to me.
For some reason I got a Terra Nova vibe with a mix of enigma. I haven’t gotten many opportunities to wear Terra nova yet though so maybe I’m just crazy

clean orange soda with grapefruit juice smells like le labo b22 bergamote with a juicy grapefruirt with elysium eau intense vetiver. so b22+elysium intense so nice 0 TdH vibes for me thankfully as I hate TdH and its flankers, eau tres fraiche smells like sweat
DO NOT BLIND BUY,For me it gets annoying after about 3 hours it just keeps pounding and pounding that same opening as D&G light blue intense, and doesn’t quit. I love citrus fragrances and I threw away my 5ml sample couldn’t handle it. He’s definitely promoting this, get a sample first.

That was a disapointment for me. I had high hopes and I got very rounded version of Terre d'Hermes with this sweetnes in the middle that remainds me very much of sweetnes from middle notes of Roja Elisium. which made me hate Elisum experience. Just to claryfie it's not overysweet, but enought to enoye me throuth the day. Not my cap of tea.
First impressions, disappointment. But that’s cause I think they promoted it incorrectly or I put my own ideas on it that made me think something that it wasn’t. It looks fun and playful but it’s classic and refined. To me it’s clean, fresh and very masculine in the dry down and I keep smelling myself and get a clean dry feeling that I’m actually enjoying that I believe will be even better on hot days. Id say it’s gonna be one that over time people will love.

3 sprays, 16+ hours skin (3 days on clothes), vetiver woody-citrus heaven. Summertime staple. This review is spot on.

Not worth retail in my opinion. But I do find it to be a projection and longevity beast.
I tested this at my local Nordstrom and to me it’s a disappointment. The smell is not that pleasant.
PDM frags are great but the price point is absurd.

Transparent bottles don't protect juice as much as these opaque bottles. I hope they keep these bottles. They are perfect for side stacking.

It’s opening reminds me of Mancera’s Lemon Line and it’s dry down reminds me of Jusbox’s Cheeky Smile.
It's ok but def not retail worthy. On it's own is too simple same as Percival. But layer those two together and you get a great, complete freshie.
I bought a 10 ML decant of this and I do not like it at all. Not a fan.

It's a nice fragrance, but not unique, whatsoever. I feel it's very similar to Elysium, some TDH Givree and it's own nice drydown.

How would you say this would be as an office scent? I currently use TF - Grey Vetiver and Amouage - Reflection
A bit too sharp for office, but it's not offensive. Grey vet is probably still a better option
