I've almost finished the printing of this build but the Jet Pack is an absolutely beast of material and time, haven't figured out a good way to tone down the settings of this print to get it reasonable yet and the backplate is giving me a lot of trouble from trying to get the sizing right and pieced together to fit. Love the kit though and can't wait to show it off.

I recommend using connecting pins for the larger prints that need to be split up. its super easy in fusion. just split the mesh like normal, then create the pin any size necessary. then tessellate the pin/pins. then combine the two but use cut for both pieces and they align perfectly

I am about doing his re-appearance, scratched-up look. So there will be a flak vest to which I can attach the armour pieces to. I considered using a 3D-printer for this, but most of the plates will be made of aluminium. The gauntlets and knee piece will be 3D-printed though. However, I do not want to use any velcro. Regarding the jetpack: I am thinking about somehow turning it into a backpack. No real clue right now, I guess it will be really difficult to take it off quickly - and to get it back on. But maybe I can find a solution. Sadly, on this Boba version, there are no convenient pockets anywhere...

Can I ask why it looks like you're putting the E6000 on top of/around the Velcro pieces when you attach them to the shirt? I noticed you did a similar thing in your Mando armor video. I would expect the glue to go on the back of the Velcro pieces and then pressed onto the shirt.

Question with helmets that have accessories/attachments that are printed separately from the main helmet then attached: do you finish the helmet and the pieces then simply glue the smaller pieces to the main helmet after both have been painted? and if so have you ever come across fitment issues since there are additional layers of resin/filler primer/paint that were not present in the raw prints? Thanks for the help!
