Man oh man am I lucky I ordered the 3d print files from you, I picked at random for the files but have seen some of your other works and didn't make the connection until searching for help videos as I have only just bought a filament based 3d printer and wanted to know what to expect, so far I'm about 60% into having all the files printed and these tutorials are a god send, thank you for not only having the files available for purchase, but also having an entire video series on how to make and customise not just the 3d prints but the entire costume, thank you so much it's been a massive help as 1. I've never actually used a 3d printer for such a massive project and 2. Never actually attempted a cosplay on this scale before. Thank you again for taking the time to make these videos it's such a massive help.

To be fair to Ender, it's one of the normal normal sizes for 3D printers, and at that the most common one. Also, you can print models in parts and join them later with glue or solvent welding, or friction welding if that's possible.

Here is a tip for reaching back zippers since I had those for my Cats costumes - I asume that the zipper piece that moves up and down has some sort of hole in the handle like mine:
Get a badge holder or something simular with a fairly long tread over a click on thing and attach that end to the thing that make the zipper go up and down. When you have put the flight suit on you simply reach for the badge holder and use it to draw the zipper up until its in place - Then you should have no problem removing the badge holder and youre good to go. Johan.
