What if we get an mcq about the date of lahore resolution in css exam...what should we select 23 or 24 march 1940???

Last part of the lecture on relating dates of 1940 march 23 to march 1956 is a big logical reason which ayub khan related and became the part of the pakistani curriculam was unknown to me. So this improved my knowledge and gave me a logic to counter in this regard

But I am struggling with two questions here kindly help me with this
1.Was this a flaw or drawback of 1940 resolution as the concept of states was then amended and told that we want a single state named pak
2. And did this thing benefited mujeeb ur Rehman's 6 points and congress and Mountbatten to justify division of Punjab and Bengal as
