i luv that between clark and lois, clark is the old fashioned one when it comes to relationships and lois is more unconventional. it's just so cute. it's like traditional meets modern kinda relationship and they have to meet halfway.

clana99 I guess the original creator of "SUPERMAN" realized that Clark needed someone to keep him human at heart and keep him grounded not idolize him and literally try to be like him. With Lois,Clark doesn't know what to expect with Lana she's predictable. Lois is not the obvious choice. She's difficult, she's sophisticated, she's from the city, she's all the things that he's not. They make a really interesting couple, but a complicated couple. What is between Clark and Lois is a very personal thing. He opens her eyes to a world she didn't know existed and she opens his eyes to the idea of what he sees as a more normal existence. That's better than wanting to have power and fight crime with him. I guess Lana didn't want to be that in his life. Clark and Lana were beautiful in their dramatic way I guess.
@@TiniDobrev I agree that Lois keeps Clark grounded and in touch with this human side. Although Clark does feel normal with Lois, I guess what he really likes about her is that she is a great example that you don't need superpowers to be a hero....she is willing to do anything to save lives and world even without any powers. I think smallville season 7 Apocalypse is perfect example, where Chloe and Lana led different lives when Clark was not a part of their lives, they were not really involved in the business of powers and saving world...but Lois was a reporter at Daily Planet and was still trying to save the world, even when Superman was not a part of her life. Lois has the right intent and is always ready to take initiative.
