- In this episode we're fishing for sheephead under Bob Sikes Bridge in Gulf Breeze, FL. These fish are strong fighters, have GNARLY looking teeth and they taste delicious. Watch as I struggle to entice a bite while everyone around me hooks up left and right.

Another great video. Yes, I liked the splash of humor. I grilled sheepshead once. It was okay, fried is better. Totally a shocker that you didn't catch any. My favorite rig for sheeps is the knocker. I was slamming them at the jetties one day on the knocker rig when other people weren't. I was using shrimp though, fiddlers are hard to get around here. I'm really enjoying watching your adventures as you travel and connect with other TH-camrs!

what i use is a 3/4 oz sinker with a split shot above and below it to hold it about 8
i don't know how i did that. 8" above the hook and drop it to the bottom then raise it about 10 to 12" and every few sec bounce it off the bottom, they will hammer it.
That first 20 seconds sounded like my dating life... Everybody's hooking up but me.

Here is a tip that work for me when meeting a lady talk to her with respect like when talking mother, aunt or any woman you respect and dont expect any thing from her too does dude that thought us that are fools just have a good time with her rule and # one dont think about sex i really dont care for that so much i am that smooth i rather gather up as much wisdom from ladies on how to threat them so i can easily talk to any lady any time as a person not as an object and maybe one day you will see what i see while looking for the right one no settling but thats just me.

I grew up fishing on the boat docks we would just watch the sheep head eat barnacles and algae this brought me back too my childhood nice video!!!!

You can't compare coast to coast! Two very different environments! That's about the same as asking if beef is better than chicken! Haha well maybe not that extreme! But all fish is good, it just depends on how it's cooked! So the answer would be who is the better cook?

Great tasting fish. I made the mistake of putting my fingers in a sheepsheads mouth to get s hook out. I learned my lesson. My pinkies hurt for months.

Didn't catch any fish? Fish know the difference between Wilderness and Hobie :) I know, others were catching in Hobie's, but that is because they hadn't had the real deal. At least that is what sheepshead. ;)

OMG! I used to fish in Lake Erie and caught plenty of sheep heads. I never took them off the hook for I was told they had teeth like humans. Wow!

Those are different sheepshead. Those fish in lake Erie are actually called freshwater drum. They don’t have teeth. The fish in this video only live in saltwater from Texas around Florida up to Jersey

I grew up in destin hanging off bridges catching sheepshead. I was obsessed with it and it is tricky, im not surprised he didn’t catch one. We would bring a shovel and scrape the pilings first to chum them up. Also cleaning them is a pain in the ass so i lol when he came back with three filets. Good video.

My buddy and I were fishing on the Chippewa Flowage in Northern Wisconsin in late September targeting crappie. We learned a simple drifting drop shot style technique. We used it. We had 4 rods off of the port side of the boat. Set all rods the same way and ended up with all 4 rigs with same weight and color jig with same mini mite tail on them. One rod caught all the crappie for the next 4 hours. The other 3 rods got nothing. We even moved the rods around in the boat after a while and the fish still hit the same rod. It was unbelievable and a little unnerving after we moved the rods around!!!!!!!
