@@debastiansebeste Isn't it ~130? They keep talking about how the 20th century is right around the corner so if SoJ is 2028 then that would imply GAA takes place around 1870 which seems a bit early.
Canonically GAA happened in Meiji 34-35 which IRL is 1901-1902, but trying to date the game based on real life events can get inconsistent. Still the game clearly takes place in 1890 at the earliest.
@@mrmimeisfunny pretty much yeah. The main ways to pinpoint the time are Sherlock Holmes (who was active from 1890 to 1920, but the main source can be the real author Soseki Natsume being in Britain. There's also a real festival that was happening at the time (don't remember the name). However, Soseki in Britain, Sherlock's age and the festival all have different years and contradict each other so there's definitely no correct year, and you're pretty much right that at best it's 1890 at its earliest

This deduction is so Sholmes that it hurts. I’m laughing at the pure absurdity of this deduction, but knowing how Sholmes operates, this is all intentional to guide the attorneys to the truth. I lost it at Sholmes falling down in response to Amara somehow summoning lightning.
Small fun fact, it took me 4 and a half hours to assemble Amara's whole lightning setup for this one second scene xD

Not only the deductions were beyond wild just like Sholmes makes them, also the reactions were so on spot that it's almost believable this is real.
Sholmes calling Amara a "tameless Vixen" was just FREAKING wild and hillarious.
But THAT plottwist was... GOSH! Totally shocking!
All the work was really worth it!

PS: The Khura'in sisters are equally hella scary, I laughed so much at Sholmes tossed back by Amara's lightning stance, and at Ga'ran calling out Amara about Inga, I don't know if it was just to pretend Sholmes' deductions to be true or if she really was mad about it.
Happy to hear you enjoyed it! As for Ga'ran, I'd say just the thought alone that her husband could have been cheating on her with her seemingly pushover, goody-two-shoes sister who she was already jealous of, didn't sit well with her and it blurred her reasoning xD
All I can say:
- The initial deductions were even more outrageous than TGAAC.
- The environments are much more expansive. It felt like a Drebber's Workshop dance of deduction.
- The plot twist at the end absolutely caught me off-guard.
- The sound effects and music are utilized to perfection.
All in all, this is the best in the series so far. Can't wait for the finale!

i just want to say that i said "the plot thickens" out loud when it was revealed that sholmes isn't channeled

You even did better than the Original Deductions in TGAA.
Now comes the hardest part: Wait 1-2 months for the Course Correction done by 3 characters, something has never been done before.
To be honest, because I reached a near collapse/exhaustion point with this video (worked about 150-200 hours on it lol) I doubt we'll get the next part within the next 2 months xD

As someone who really enjoys TGAAC and listens to a playlist made of its OSTs tbis video was AWESOME, it really brought back great memories of one of my all time favorite ace attorney characters, honestly a crime the video doesn't have more views

The animations are looping because the 2d scenes that you see were all assembled in Shotcut, not objection lol xD (which made them far harder to make lmao). Objection lol was only used for the textbox and the intro/outro in this video

I'm sorry but I'm very mad here, this deserves easily 100k views minimum on the first day. Does anyone knows how hard this was to make?? Look the camera angles, the 3D environment, the lore with Herlock Sholmes in it, the reactions and positions of the characters, everything in it! and once again, you have outdone yourself. this video is just awesome, it's easy to forget about writing when you have so much animation to do, but you clearly didn't do that, you excelled the writing as always! this was one of the most hilarious videos I watched on this channel, especially the second deduction, I didn't think Sholmes and Amara would bounce so well of each other, the fact Amara is this prim and benevolent woman who everyone puts on a pedestal, and then Sholmes is out here wrongfully accusing her of being a cheater, a domestic abuser and even claiming she has superhuman strength, and then you see everyone's reaction and Amara herself exploding in anger at these ridiculous claims, it's just pure comedy gold lol. and I think I am genuinely enjoying Amara's writing here more than the canon.

So it will be a public thing and the drama will be horrible for her reputation, so Apollo will use that against her and be able to correct it ? 👀

Thing is, Inga was already branded as a traitor who was trying to do a coup against her so I'm sure presenting the traitor as a cheater wouldn't hurt her public image more. Now her ego... that's another story xD

And I really like her aura, I think she is a great final boss, I really feel powerless with her against Appolo. And it was satisfying to take her down. And I love her theme song

...I had to pause the video and take a moment when Sholmes commented on Amara's fingers flickering guiltily around Amara's mandala at 8:05 -- was that an intentional callback to the perception segment in the original? Because if it is, that's genius.
Oh it definitely was. Sholmes constantly praises himself about the fact that his eyes can "see even the most trivial of trifles" and the most inadvertent movements, so I thought he could perhaps do a little "perceiving" on Amara on his own :p Glad you liked the idea 😁

I will be honest, the point of "Amara present at the scene of the crime" with the mandala somehow make sense due to the fact it was identical to the painting.
And I also understand how Dhurke could have been the true culprit too but...Sholmes explanation goes too far, xd.
Just my opinion but I somehow have a theory to make him the culprit without the "somehow roughless husband theory" trying to murder Inga by jealousy.
For example, what if Inga discovered the secret both her and Ga’ran were hiding about Amara’s fake death and due to his hatred on Dhurke, wanted to do everything to ruin his image...and by everything, i meant dating his ex-wife...or more likely forced her to date him.
With the information he had, he could have blackmailed her to date him, with the pure intent of cheating on Ga’ran due to his real plan to assassinate her after getting spiritual powers. As Dhurke wanted to reconnect with Amara all this time, he discovered what happened and the same way he planned to save Maya, he decided to do the same with her. As an act to save Amara, he tried to fight him and get shot. Due to the excruciating pain and the adrenaline of the action, he took the dagger and stabbed Inga in retaliation. Knowing he would die due to blood loss, he asked Amara his last will and shared his plan to cover her. He would ask her to hid his body inside the sarcophagus and use a magatama of parting to save Maya and recreate the abduction as well as channeling him back to play the killer. With that, every traces of Amara’s involvement would disappeared like Dhurke wanted, even if his image would be tarnished as a cruel killer, he would still protect the one he always loved.
