I can't remember him commenting on Arabella at all xD I will check and add, if I manage to record anything about her and Oliver. I will credit you as well for giving the hints.
About her parents...do you mean a little remark about them? I did talk to the nurse, and companions didn't say a single word. Astarion also reacted on Malus Thorm with 'He's just like Cazador. Utterly insane' line, but I already recorded this before. Same with His Majesty.
Although he doesn't seem to care about Steelclaw, even after the Dark Urge 'tried to restore the memories'. When I helped the gnomes at Grymforge, I had no comments from Astarion. Or anyone. He does disapprove when you say 'stop killing innocents' to Nere, tho. Even after we freed Wulbren and other prisoners, he remained silent. No idea what will happen if you follow the Absolute's zealot path. I didn't save Minthara, again.
I finished 'Lift the Shadow Curse' quest with Halsin in the party(had to kill Art, because the quest was bugged). Probably he took the priority, despide being in the cave bear' form xD Beyond that I can't recall anything else.

he has comment when we met Arabella at the graveyard, after when we found her parent he comments that he has no luck at all. Oliver battle at the square he comment something about his behaviours. Majesty he comments - at least your purr for me. He comments Last light inn - as place. He also have comments about a huge bear at the Inn entrance. Without comments he approves helping Mol, Alfira, Rolan, Bex, Bacus.
He has comments about jumping for follow the general, has comment under tube with blood 😂.
Now there are a lot of bugs in the game, a lot dialogues don’t trigger.

He didn't say a damn thing about Last Light Inn, unfortunately. :C
You might be surprised, but I never met Rolan. I simply skipped him all the time, because we've always had more important business elsewhere. And simply forgot about him. Same as I failed to save Nadira. Once I threw a healing potion at her and killed her xD I know he will appear at the tavern and you have to save him later from the shadows. Later he might run the shop, after you kill Lorroakan. But I robbed myself out of content, again. -_-
About Mol...I know about chess cutscene with Raphael. Already recorded before, but I never helped her to steal the idol, to avoid bloodbath. Maybe I'll try later, before Tiefling party. Or talking some sense to Kagha(?)
Wait, Astarion does comment on His Majesty?0_o I thought you can only admire him twice(+2 to approval) and that's all. I didn't bother, because he already had 100(exceptional) after Yurgir, so i casted 'friends' on him for video's sake. I didn't even have to kill Gandrel to get his approval that high. Probably Larian made him as simple, as Gale. You think you're just nice and friendly, but Gale takes it very seriously, and accuses you of cheating. Demands to choose between him and Astarion, despite rejecting him at the weave scene. Poor thirsty Gale. xD
I know about the bear, but thank you for mentioning this xD As far as I remember, he can comment on a different bear. The one inside Necromancer's basement, and on another the crypt, at the graveyard(Act 3): 'It's big, but still young. Heavens help the hunter if its mother caught them' :D
