@@rin590 Right outside of the basement exit of Casador Palace in the sewer is a half elf woman surrounded by mirrors. You can talk to her and it obvious that she was lurred down there by a spawn that hasnt shown up. You can tell her that she was tricked by a vampier and she will ask why she's still alive then and Astaroin will say "Mother may I? I'm positively straved." It's very funny. (He also disapproves of you telling her about the vampier, the rat bastard)
I love when you enter the Shadow Cursed lands and talk to him just outside the door, he says a bunch then ends with, "Did you want something or are you just looking for a distraction?" Yes Bea, I want a distraction.
Nearly everyone I find in the comments would either compare his voice to Stewie from Family Guy or Tim Curry in Rocky Horror. But I get more of an impression of Tom Ellis as Lucifer. They both carried the same charisma and a love for chaos.
My favorite moment was when my Tav made him go through all the steps to say "please" when he wanted to sleep with us only to tell him "No." Immediately afterwards and watch the approval drop like 10 points. 😂
My set of favorite lines from Astarion @ 11:20-11:31! 😂😂😂❤ Oh, and then chills down my spine with the next set of lines @ 11:57-12:12!😮 Neil Newbon did a fantastic job with bringing out so much depth in Astarion. Very well done!❤
One day perhaps they’ll figure out how to get characters to touch without glitching. If he interacted with tav with some of the lines, and they wouldn’t end so abruptly (like the sims…), it would be even better.
i know it isnt a shadowheart exclusive because i got the line with my tav im fairly certain! i _did_ get it sometime after the tiefling party so it may be necessary? its when he asks to sleep with you again! i said something that urged him to convince me to rather than agreeing immediately, and that got me the line!
@@lodesterre I just got it! You can’t sleep with him BEFORE the tiefling party. The tiefling party needs to be the first time and then the second time you sleep with him this line can happen
@@lodesterre my first playthrough I hardly ever slept. My second playthrough I got a mod that tells me when a camp event is going to happen and I’ve seen SOOO much extra stuff I missed. I actually started my TH-cam channel showcasing easy to miss dialouge lines. But because of that camp event mod it had me sleep with Astarion before the party, which was also a unique dialogue you can’t see any other time. There’s SOO many dialogue scene in this game, it’s so entertaining 🤣

My female Tav is taller then him so when he said the "mother line" the whole dinamic in my head shifted.
High Elf females are shorter than their males. So it makes little sense unless different species, perhaps half orc.

Also the same inflections, moreso than the other two examples. There's a lot of moments where he does sound STARTLING like Tom Ellis as Lucifer 😂
