- Tuesdays are for tanks! these 135 gallon (long) tanks are back killers. I did a super simple 2 step 2 and color on them three passes with the cut compound (brown) and 1 pass with the color (green) on a cotton airway.
I hope this brings you value or at least entertainment, if you have questions or suggestions please leave them in the comments.
SYAY GRINDIN everyone.
Looks awesome! Nice when you get to work with a new product that hasn’t been touched yet.
Yeah that is nice.
Crazy good work sir
You should do a video on diamond plate maybe you have but I can’t see one.
First video I seen was the chevy 2500 wheels. Very nice work. Was curious on what you use to hold the wheels and rotate them?
It's a custom jig made from an 8" lathe chuck and trailer hub.
I'd love to see a picture of that setup.
That bed front will be an awesome piece.
Yes it Will! Thabk you for watching the whole video Ruben!
Interesting, I install custom stainless steel kitchen equipment when there’s a welded field joint I’m the guy who polish’s it. Sometimes the equipment has a Mirror finished roll or backsplash, but I grind it down with 80/120 grit sanding discs and try and smooth out the grind marks with 150/220 DA sanding pads. Then I go at it with the yellow wheel with black Chalk to get those marks out and then I use the white chalk with cotton wheel to bring out the shine. A lot of steps and not easy and time consuming but it comes out shiny. How long does it take you to do one of those gas tanks?
I did polishing of forging dies to 4micron finish,we used a diamond compound an a thinner , steel was m2 62rc never needed to use grit paper to achieve finish,
Stop with the terrible music. Stop being stuck in 2010.
