The 3x4 scene I love you can see the range of emotions when she says Oklahoma:
1. The look of “wait, what?”
2. Adjusting himself to get himself sorted into proper words.
3. Happy she is engaging

I like that he's the one who introduced it but she's the one that used it more afterwards. It's a small way to show her growth as the show went on.

My only criticism is I kinda wish they used "Oklahoma" more. Not all the time or every episode, but just a few more times throughout the show.
