2013 2500 RAM CUMMINS - COMPLETE DIAGNOSIS & TRANSMISSION REMOVAL - STUCK IN LIMP MODE!

What’s up guys today we get up and under a 2500 Cummins. This truck was dropped off to us and we were told the transmission was in limp mode. Customer states he kept clearing the codes and kept on driving the vehicle. The p0706 code is for the range selector in the solenoid. The fluid is dark black so we are forced to remove this transmission to diagnose what the issue is. Now, I have included in this video multiple tips, tricks, socket sizes, tools you need etc. if anyone has any questions feel free to leave a comment or dm me on instagramm. Sounds like it's deleted... what tune is it running? I've noticed that pretty much any time someone turns up the power on a 6.7 with a 68rfe it doesn't take long to kill the trans.

Look for a good shop. Shift kit, up the pressures and a billet converter are a must for these. Any deep pans and big coolers help a lot but they mostly are only needed if u are doing hard pulls every time u get on the gas or towing allot. We've actually had good luck with mishimoto coolers tbh for upgrades. This guy makes good videos!
