I gloss then matte gloss is harder so you get good protection. I also do it this way because sometimes I just do a gloss coat if it suits the look of the kit

The reason I'm watching this vid is because someone said the glossy top coat goes on top then Panel liner since top coat would make it flow easier then decals and then matte since that seals the decals so it wont peal?? Since thats what i was told
Yep, that those would be the steps I would follow, although iMm not a fan of enamel thinners to clean up your panel line because sometimes it could peal out your top coat, I’d rather use lighter fluid to clean my panel line
