    Wow! This is really helpful! I’m 21 years old and I have reoccurring back pain from my serve. The stretches were really invigorating and I tried out the squeezing your glutes part at home and there’s no pain at all! Can’t wait to try it out on court.
    I really appreciate how you give these tips with so much passion because you also experienced injuries in your youth. Big respect to you sir, you saved my back!

    Great tips jeff. I'm 37 and learning to serve, I'm having crazy amounts of low back pain. I'm hoping these exercises will help me out!

    I’m 16 and experience lots of pain when doing this. I’ve been doing the same serve for years but just recently have been experiencing pain from it that basically stops me from playing. Could this be growing pains or just my form?

    Great video, thank you. My problem is that as the match goes on as i serve more games, my lower back also get fatigued and some inflammation sets in. Pain isn't killing me but i can feel that lower back is definitely fatigued and i can't serve normally by end of 1st set. I wasn't like this when i was younger, but this is happening as i get older, in my late 40's. Is there excercises that i can do to strengthen the lower back muscles ? would that even help with this problem ? Thank you

    Hey Jeff thanks for all the tips. Any tips on tennis elbow problem while serving. I have pain in my elbow region even if I thrown down a ball in a serve motion even without a racquet. Any excercize or tips are appreciated.

    My body used to be a wreck until I changed my diet. Stretch before you walk off the court to improve flexibility; eat more plants and less acid forming foods/less to none animal. #plantbased.

      michaelscoots or you can eat a Meat based lower carb diet as well and still get great results with your mobility

    you can't even hit the kick serve with bad lower back
