    What an informative video. I particularly enjoyed the What To Do Section on prevention, your sage advice is practical for many physical activities where injury is a part of the game.

    I'm 60, 5.0 player. Playing singles (2 sets) twice weekly. Getting occassio al back stiffness. I thought I was pacing myself. I know I have to give up singles😢😢😢

    helo can we do surgery of cervical spondolysis please reply me

      Spondylosis means degeneration of the spine. That by itself does not need surgery. Spondylolysis is a break in the pars interarticularis, and if it causes instability, it may need surgery.

      @@mrsixxthsense5123 Sometimes, because of positioning, pressure can be put on the eyelids/eye socket bones, etc causing a bruise. Please speak to the anesthesiologist if you had a concern.

      @@ShimSpineVideos Thank you for the reply. I assume this is not very common in the way your phrase it?

      @@mrsixxthsense5123 It can happen. Not common, but happens enough that most surgeons and anesthesiologists are aware.

    Hi Dr.
    Can you explain about the hemangioma in vertebrae and how to treat this case

    • @ShimSpineVideos
      @ShimSpineVideos  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Most of the time, a hemangioma is considered an incidental finding, not associated with any specific complaint. Once in a while, what looks like a hemangioma can be something more significant. If you have a hemangioma finding, but are concerned it is something more serious, further testing may be necessary. You need guidance from your own doctor to decide what needs to be done, and when, if at all.
