Bought a T2 and Time Crisis as a Christmas gift to add shooters to my current A1U collection. T2 arrived today. Literally out of box the blue gun began to malfunction. I have these knock off Sanwa’s from two Wifi Pandora Box fight sticks that I swapped in authentic Sanwa equipment. I anticipate these issues as part of this hobby. Microswitch on my Tron joystick failed out of box game 1. Did a micro switch swap to correct. So I appreciate this vid and all you do for this community. Going to make this micro switch swap in both guns tomorrow.
I like the clicking sound the guns make but after awhile I got tired of the loud plastici noise but turning them off didn't feel right. So I wrapped a small piece of duct tape around the metal pin were the hammer hits. Sounds alot better 👌
Hey Bee! Just got my T2 yesterday! Went right to your channel to look for some mods. I'd LOVE a pair or more of those little trigger "clicky" micro switches if you have anymore left. Thanks for always giving me such cool ideas.
Have you ever considered modding the guns to reduce the travel on the trigger? I'm thinking it would be nice to make it so you don't need to press in so much before the trigger activates. This will make playing games like hotd2 much easier with the NoFate mod
This was super simple to do! I'm sure you could do it on your own if you follow the video. These guns were very easy to take apart to do the micro switch mod

I live by the world famous Galloping Ghost Arcade in Chicago, they have the T2 cabinet and I'm going to go there and take measurements and assess the parts for the gun mount and I plan on printing the base, of course I will make it to scale properly for the A1UP cabinet and I'll share my work with anyone because that's how we do it.
I want to do a mod where the guns sit higher and maybe have new custom gun stands 3D printed that are higher like the arcade. I need to find somebody to do that for me that has a 3D printer. Well, I got these two 6” black shower parts to put the gun cords through and somehow mount the bottom of the guns to them then mount the other end inside the stock gun stands leaving room for the cords to come out and go in the holes, I don’t want to ruin my gun stands by trying to put holes in the bottoms so I did another trick to put the plugs for the gun cords that come out of the deck inside the cabinet and thread the gun cords through the holes so that most of the cord is inside the cabinet. I also used a different kickplate with a hole cut out for a coin door, I have a 3D printed coin door that opens and closes and has a key. I also did the recessed monitor by attaching the metal monitor to the upper cross board with two big velcro pieces that can hold up to ten pounds. I also got T2 logo graphics for a more accurate 2 for the sides and the front.

i had to open the guns of my "paradise lost"-Arcade, and there are real Pinball like Solenoids installed.
the white square above the motor would be a good place for a weight.. if it doesn't make it too wide.
