I started with 2 speakers and have tried to add 2 more a few days later. The first 2 are paired together and the second 2 are paired to each other. Factory RESET doesn’t seem to work. So now when I play music, one set OR the other set play. They don’t all play together. I have contacted the OontZ customer service. We’ll see if they respond to me. Otherwise - back to Amazon all of these go!
I just did the same thing. I had purchased two & had them paired together & then purchased 2 more. I found the directions on page 18 of the instruction manual to disconnect the speakers from each other. I downloaded the Oontz app and once the host speaker connected to my iPod I opened the Oootz app and it recognized it as the Master speaker. Then I touched the “Slave” speaker button and powered a speaker on & then pressed blue tooth and each one connected. I now have 4 speakers working in surround mode.

Recently bought a second of Angle 3 ULTRA but this new one is 4th generation Surround and I can´t have it connect to my old Angle 3 ULTRA non surround. Any suggestions besides buy another surround ??
Great! Now we know how to connect them and enable surround mode. Now can you show us how accurate the surround sound is? Is it truly surround sound, or do they all output the same channel? I tried pairing 4 Oontz Angle 3 Pro's together in surround mode and it was NOT surround sound. Very dishonest of the company to call it surround mode. I'd like to know if these editions are truly surround sound.

Does oontz angle 3 ultra has the surround mode option? Or oontz angle 3 ultra (4th gen) has?.
Can you use the mic on all 4 speaker simultaneously and independently while using Zoom conference?

There is Impossible to connect the Non surround to the surround. they are different
