The OG recording of if u see Jordan was my first encounter with them and I was hooked. In all these years I’ve been listening to them, I’ve seen jacks mannequin too many times to count and I’ve seen Andrew McMahon in the wilderness twice. I’ve seen him play some of my favorite something corporate songs, including as you sleep, cavanaugh park, and Konstantine. But the one thing I never got to do was see something corporate live. And I keep missing any reunions they do. It sucks. Just once. That’s all I want.
I got to see Something Corporate on the 15th in Atlanta and it was the most AMAZING show I have ever ever ever been to! Andrew is the most captivating person ever, I could watch him play the piano all day long!

Hubby and I took our niece to a Good Charlotte concert many years ago.. something corporate was the opening band.. we had never heard of them before but one song in and we were hooked! They were honestly SO MUCH better than GC.. we bought the album like the next day! Watching him rocking out on the piano was amazing!

I literally listened to this song everyday on repeat for almost a year, and now I am listening to it for the first time since. All I can think is "Dayumn I had good taste!" I'm eighteen years old and this song is still the shit.

I just realized somthing....I have just enough skill to play evey instrument in this song. Basic drums, REALLY basic guitar, and RIDICULOUSLY basic piano. I've played all 3 of those alot sometime in my life. Wow...It's REALLY easy to impress people with music these days.....
