I take my hat off to you. Had this reverb for a long time (and I use it on every mix) but I've always eq'd after the reverb and ignored a lot of the controls on the reverb itself. But you've demonstrated that I should pay a lot more attention to the "roll off" and "freq dependent decay time" sections. Thanks for waking me up to some important parts of this that I don't use.
Have had this plugin in for a while and love it, but I haven't fully explored all its features. Your excellent video has inspired me to dive in deeper and get to tweaking. Thanks!
Thanks for the deep dive, Warren. I’ve had this plugin since release and apparently I’ve only scratched the surface of what it can do. I love the in built ducking feature, and even with simple adjustments to the eq and decays, it’s always sounded so rich. I can’t wait to tailor some reflections on my next mix! Cheers
Oh man. I'd thought about adding the non-pro version to my armoury, since I wasn't completely across the gamut of pro features. Sheesh though, some of those pro features really are killer. I love the ease of those frequency dependent decay time controls. That very low freq was sounding great as well. I think they market along the lines of "don't be afraid of adding reverb to your lows" or words to that effect, because I really gives nice heft without bloat (especially with the low delay multiplier trimmed down). Lastly, that ducker will save heaps of time which would otherwise be spent futzing around with sidechain compression. Cheers for the deep dive mate!
You're very welcome! Glad to be of service! I really love this plug in, I didn't;t know all of the features myself until I really sat down with it and realised just how much it really can do!
I just got the pro edition on sale during the holiday season, I don’t know if I’ll ever get around to using EVERYTHING this plugin has to offer but I’ll try. Very cool and nice to get some ideas from this. Marvelous again Warren!
My favorite reverb was a spring unit built into a Pevey 100 watt PA head. I used to hit it with my mike stand and get great explosion sounds. One night at a gig too much, adrenaline, coke, youthful enthusiasm I blasted my PA into non existence with my mike stand for no reason the audience ever understood !!!!!
Reverberate! I like that plugin from them, too. Jordan Peterson sounds like Kermit. I hear that Silencer from Black Salt Audio is great for addressing mic bleed and/or noise.
Bricasti hes this great LONDON PLATE for clean 90's fender'ish guitars like Yellow Ledbetter by Pearl Jam for example. The MARBEL ROOM or STUDIO A at 1.0 or 1,5 is one of CLA''s reverbs ; ) BTW: This vocal is very Chris Cornell'ish ; )
Seventh Heaven Pro is one of the best purchased I've made. LiquidSonics and Relab are my two favorite reverb developers. Question: As a guideline (not a rule), do you get better results cutting Low's and Hi's before or after reverb?
there is this mysticism about the seventh heaven sound... and its a very clean sounding reverb... I was really happy with my Sir 3 reverb till I tried this
Warren, please add the Ukrainian version to your multilingual farewell🙂 This will greatly lift the spirits of those Ukrainian musicians who had to leave what they loved and go to war. Thank you so much for your work! Greetings from Kyiv!

LTL Silver Bullet mk2 and LiquidSonics Seventh Heaven are god's gift on earth.

Question: As a guideline (not a rule), do you get better results cutting Low's and Hi's before or after reverb?
Yes, I prefer to do the cuts before the reverb as to me it sounds more natural and not as dramatic!
@@Producelikeapro These are my thoughts as well, but I wanted to check with a producer with more experienced ears!
@@ReginatorNetmarvellous! Thanks ever so much

Italien Reverb , Sound like out of a Scorsese movie …
Haha indeed
This plug ins is sued by so many pros and it's very obvious why!
💯💯💯💯💯💯✊🏾✊🏾
Thanks ever so much!
How about Oeksound Bloom for a deepdive?
Interesting idea!
Nice deep dive :-) 👍
Thank you 👍
Is there a Headley Grange preset? Thanks PLaP.
That’s a marvellous idea!
Isn’t this included in slate digital all access?
No, but the Verbsuite does have some LiquidSonics reverbs using public-domain Bricasti M7 Fusion-IRs
After this, you don't really need anything else for realistic spaces.
It’s a marvelous reverb .. but I prefer this song dry 🥺
Love your videos but for someone so set on audio perfection, you cover your mouth with your hand a lot in the first few minutes. 😊
Haha well I suppose in this video it seems I’m more concerned about what I hear than how I sound!
