Great overview of the town of Santa Cruz Matt! You really captured the feel of the town, culture and its people that call Santa Cruz home. Glad you brought up tipping when you park your car. I saw some tourists get upset over it - this is just how it’s done, so when in Rome (or Costa Rica) ….. thanks for another informative video Matt!
Exactly! It drives me nuts when people get upset because most often they’re doing so with zero understanding of the situation. Yes, the guard is not a legitimate tax paying employee of the business or beach… but their service is absolutely clutch, they make it possible for people to visit and park at places with total peace of mind.
I went to the bull fight 10 years ago in Santa Cruz ,So much fun! although Guaro not so much! I still want to move to junquillal eventually Should have bought a lot or cabina back then for sure. Great video Matt! a Bigly Fan

The fiestas in Santa Cruz are awesome; we love going and just standing on a street corner to talk with people and have a good time; its also great to “invitar” and then have people reciprocate, for hours. I almost can’t go to the bill riding any more because the music is so loud.
Stopped in Santa Cruz last October to fill up the gas tank. Unfortunately, we were running out of time. Would have liked to take a look around the city. Thanks for allowing us to experience a bit of it vicariously. Sabes, no, que ya tiene todo el mundo tu número de teléfono
