I don’t care what the haters say… You won’t find a better vehicle for fun. You won’t get bored. Endless after market items. If you want quiet, buy a Lexus. It’s a Jeep. Most don’t maintain them and then get mad when things break. I’ve had no problems in 3 years.
The haters are also the guys that throw 37s and a 6 inch lift on it and then wonder why their wearing stuff out 3x as fast, or they constantly beat on it on trails. The haters should know that even toyotas can and will be junk if they treat them and neglect the same way.
I take care of my jeeps but the issues are getting to be too much. I've had a gas tank replaced, steering stabilizers, bad batteries, hood, doors replaced and repainted, transmission issues. This was just on my last two new ones and before 40,000 miles.
Have a 2014 ,it has been fantastic, love it do a lot of outdoor activities, hunting, fishing, trapping gets me in places that other people do not go ,I have 190 thousand miles only had relatively issues nothing major ,I will be purchasing another jeep no doubt when mine finally gives out , absolutely love jeep wranglers .
I'm about to purchase a 2024 Willy's 2D for 20% off MSRP. (-$10,000) Take another look. End of quarter, end of month. Too many 24's still sitting on lots. The current incentives supposedly end the end of September. I have a feeling however if they are still not selling the discounts may get better. The best time to buy is going to be late December end of quarter, end of year
@@glennkennedy441 I saw some good deals end of October but prices have shot up again. I'll look at the end of november. Have to play the game it appears.
I so want one. My husband and I were looking at UTVs like Polaris and Honda. I can't get over how expensive they are. I realize a UTV and a Jeep are different but are they really? I'd rather have the Jeep that I can take both off road and on. You can't take the 30k Polaris to the store. I learned to drive a stick on my brother's jeep 30 years ago. They hold a place in my heart.
if you walk up to this thing on a lot and buy it expecting a good road ride and big back seat, you just aren’t very observant. If you expect it to be affordable and reliable, you aren’t paying attention.
Build quality is crap. Bought a new 2021 2dr Rubicon - hood hinge bolts started rusting at two weeks old, defroster only blows on a small part of the windshield, tpms showed same pressures all the time, xm radio cutout constantly, front seats were hard as a rock with a ton of lumbar ramming your back, rear window defroster wire broke off for no reason. Traded in after 11 months for a 2022 4Runner Offroad - way better quality for the money.
Horrible quality control, over priced Mopar parts, exceptionally unreliable, terrible wandering steering, cheap interior materials, exceptionally cramp interior for an "SUV". Jeeps would be overpriced at half their MSRP if people were honest. I think the ONLY chance Jeep would have is if they were sold to Toyota or Honda....because there is nothing Stellantis could do to bring back confidence in their ownership.
@DUNEATV that's because nobody maintains them and beats the crap out of them and then complain online to where all these people can see. I'm about to buy one and cannot wait, basic maintenance and repairs when things wear out go a long way, sad part is most wrangler owners don't and it gives jeeps a bad rep

same here, I want to get a 2 door, but when you add automatic transmission, power windows and lock's ( a basic Item if you ask me) jumps to 40k plus

I had a 2 door manual wrangler rubicon. I miss it. Was a ton of fun to drive & could do anything. A year after I sold it, I’m starting to regret it.
I love them but the prices are pretty crazy.
So much fun . Nothing comes close.

What is that half hardtop roof and half soft top? What's that mod
Luv the color ! Definitely stands out
My dream vehicle…and I’ve already got a Rubicon. Great summary.

Has Jeep fixed the corrosion problem for 2024?

I have a tv news voice... its my curse.
Decades and decades of basically the same vehicle and yet it’s terrible. How is this possible? It ought to be perfected by now.
