A trout Spey rod sounds interesting. But where in the home counties would one find a suitable venue to use it ?
I use a trout spey for fly fishing for chub - it gives me the possibility to cast the line in very tight spots. But you could use it anywhere, with dries, wets or streamers, if you have a river big enough.
