A big CHONKY boy from Katz; Katz Cheetah (large) in Cherry wood.

Salutations, Ladies and Gentlemen! Today, I'll be discussing a VERY impressive knife from Katz. I've showcased quite a few Katz knives, lately. Many of which were bought on auction, this piece being one of them.
The Katz Cheetah is a very large lockback knife that features an XT-80 steel drop-point blade with a hollow grind. Brass liners and shield. Steel lockbar and bolsters. Cherry wood handles are showcased on this model, but other options are available. The knife offers both a nail-nick and a thumb stud. This allows for one or two hand operation. The knife is made in Japan and comes with an elegant leather pouch.
Overall, the craftsmanship is immaculate, and I am very lucky to have gotten one of these for a considerably lower price than average. While I won't likely be carrying it, I'm still happy to have such a nice knife in the collection!

From the video the fit and finish is great on it. The handle does look very comfortable. I personally had never heard of Katz before, but I did look them up. Looks as though you got a great deal on it. Thank you for sharing and bringing to light a new (to me) brand.

They're very well made and are often quite pretty, too! It's just hard finding them, particularly at a discount.
