So is this an all rounder still ? A video on the specifics of aspect ratio, projected areas and arc shape be good. I know it’s only just launched but they are flying off the shelves.
For a average kiter, the supermodel would still fit better probably. The Hypermodel is an high performance kite… Just wait for Spring 2025 new Supermodels.
Hi, all good questions! We have one in the works but it's not yet ready to release. It is absolutely an allrounder as it is a great kite for freeriding because the on/off power on the barstroke makes it very easy to control, it's great for big-air and technical big-air as you've seen in the video's.. For waveriding it really 'moves with you' because it is so light and again, because if the power control in the bar stroke you won't get pulled off your board unintentionally. Foiling in that sense requires very similar characteristics and the super light weight makes it very easy to handle in light winds. For freestyle - yes it will generate slack because it can shoot so far into the wind window, however because it's light and fast steering, it will be a little harder to keep it in one place while performing handle passes, so you will probably need a little more skill for that, but won't stop you from having the occasional freestyle fun!
So cool how kitesurfing is a sport in wich so much actual development is taking place
I went from supermodel1 which I thought was very good to v3 which I loved even more.
My friend who tried it called it a magic kite.
Very interesting 🤩. I saw the new Hypermodel in Tarifa and the movement in the air looks significantly more dynamic. Hope the try it soon🤙🏾😊
I want to try it
