- In today's video I will be showing you how to grill a perfect pork chop! Pork chops in general are so underrated, but these pork chops from @compartduroc are fantastic. They are dry aged duroc pork, which is a flavor that is unmatched! Plus, the cook on the grilled pork chops are so simple! For this cook I used my original @PKGrills with a set of GrillGrates @Grillgrate_eat_well. I also used my Typhur Instaprobe, which is quickly becoming my favorite tool in my arsenal. Being able to get extremely fast and accurate temperature readings is of the utmost importance when cooking food like pork chops, and this thermometer makes it extremely easy!
Look below for this full recipe. Any questions? Be sure to drop a comment, and I will do my best to get back to you! As always, thanks for the support!

I hope you enjoy!
Excellent job brother!! Looks amazing. 💯🔥👍🏻
Thank you so much 😀
those look great! I love that small grill, I am most often just grilling for myself or maybe one other so the larger grill isn't very efficient, I tend to gravitate to the gas grill because of that. I need to look into one of these little grills.
I agree.. a good pork chop is highly underrated!💯 Nice job bro!🍻
Thanks brother!
Man, those looked darn good. Now I got to get some pork chops. Nice video!

Man, I appreciate! That's the goal this year! Fingers crossed!
What was the final temp? How long did they rest for? Looks fantastic, ordered your rub.
New to your channel.
GREAT video.
Thank you!
Yummy can't wait to try something like yours 😊 can I ask why you put the grill marks on the same cooler part of the grill? 🤤
Lol, I had originally thought about doing them a different way but I audibled it last minute
Those pork chops look killer!
Man, they were awesome!
They look so good. I feel like we're neighbors and I need a invite.
Haha, another Minnesotan?!
@@AshKickinBBQ Yes Bloomington!

Thank you!
Where did you get your raised rack from? I can't find them anywhere.
I got mine on Amazon 👍🏼
Use tailgaters all the time, n use your whole thing rub on pork tenderloins, chops, n ribs outstanding
Awesome! thank you!
I am in Minneapolis, will you be at any food fairs this summer?
Hi Mark, likely not. My summer schedule is pretty full with competitions
@@AshKickinBBQ Best wishes, Good luck!
Thanks for sharing. Why you need to check the temp every 3 minutes? Why not wait maybe 10 min then start checking temp? Poking all those holes, won't you lose moisture?
Because they cook fast on this cooker, and no you won’t lose moisture. I’d rather nail the temp than overcook it
Chipolte rub
Those look delicious!! It's hard to beat a good pork chop/steak. I love the pork butt steaks also when you kiss them with that flame and the fat starts to render. 🤤
Yes, that's so dang good! Nice and crispy!
Hey man, I didn't see you do it but I'm sure you did. When you keep checking your temp with the same probe you used, when the meat was below 145, your introducing bacteria into the meat if not washed every time after you use it. Just sayin... keep it safe out there.
Lol yeah, I'm food safety certified and know the rules. I'm just not going to film myself washing the probe.
Purified themselves in waters of Lake Minnetonka...
Lol!!! Man, that got me!
@@AshKickinBBQ I knew you would know the reference. 🤣
I've never really understood getting grill marks on backyard cooking. You're basically burning the meat. I nice flat cast iron plate is going to give you a much better crust. Leave the grill marks for the steakhouses.
Or, hear me out here….cook the food however you want who cares what someone’s opinion is.
@@AshKickinBBQ Totally agree. That steakhouse comment might be a tad on the nose i'll admit. But, do i have a point?
