- Today I will be showing you how to make some smoked bacon burger bombs! More specifically, smoked cheesy bacon burger bombs! Now I'm going to warn you, these bacon burger bombs are absolutely amazing! They are a great bbq appetizer, and I might even argue one of the best bbq appetizers. They're super easy to cook, they can be prepped in advance, and don't take long to the cook! The end results is basically a bacon cheeseburger ball, and they are AMAZING!! They're super easy to smoke, and today I cooked them on my Lone Star Grillz Pellet Grill. I honestly cannot wait to make these again!!
Look below for this full recipe. Any questions? Be sure to drop a comment, and I will do my best to get back to you! As always, thanks for the support!

| Instructions |

1. Set your smoker for 275°F
2. Put your bacon bombs on the smoker, and let them cook for 1 hour.

Definitely going make some soon . You have some awesome recipes. I might throw in some diced jalapenos. Going to try some of your rub. Have a great weekend.
What were the pickles?
Brother, I thought about throwing in some jalapenos but was trying to keep it basic, but I KNOW it'll be good
Grillo Pickles
Wow...talk about a flavor bomb!

Definitely will be making them since I eat my burgers without the buns.

AshKickinBBQ: Burgery
Lol!!! Oh man, that made me laugh. I feel like I need that on a shirt!
Big fan of the pickle in the balls… nicely done my dude!
Grillo pickles are great. I kind of want to invite people over just to have an excuse to make these. They look fantastic
Haha, do it up! and yes, they are so good!
This video is almost as great as Pete’s Schweddy balls as seen on Saturday Night Live.
Oh man, that was a classic!
OMG... must try this immediately if not sooner. Just gotta spend about $40 on ground beef and $30 on bacon and i'll be set. That equals out to about 2-3 lbs of bacon and 12-15 lbs of ground beef. Good lord, this current economy situation is killing me. Thanks for the recipe and video though! Appreciate.
Well, you can just make them according to the video....and it'll cost about $20 lol
Those look great! Can't wait to try-I have a quick question; We live @9000' in the CO rockies w/close to 0% humidity. Bought a pellet grill last year and am having a hard time getting anything to not come out dried out. Any tips?
Try a water pan
I thought all that cheese would ooze out when you did not fry the onions beforehand, but they turned out great from the looks of it!
How spicy is your chipotle seasoning? These look so damn good!! Can’t wait to try them out! Keep these amazing videos coming!
Thank you for the kind words! It’s really not spicy at all, don’t let the Chipotle scare ya off. It’s a balance sweet heat, and the heat really dies down a lot when cooking with it 👍🏼
Great thank you!! Buying some today!
@@carolynbernal5511 thank you so much for the support!
Scheels in Colorado needs to stock more of your spices! I bought the last one!! Thank you!!
I did your bacon chicken jalapeno with cream cheese and cheddar bombs
Made 6 of my son love them show the next following week I made 12 more
That is so awesome, I'm glad y'all enjoyed them!
@@AshKickinBBQ the burger bombs I'm going to make them also make a bunch sharing wish friends and family because football comes on today the Baltimore Ravens and the Colts
We don’t want tiny balls. We want decently sized balls.😂. Sorry bro. My juvenile side took over for a second.
The food looks fantastic, and I have to try it. Thanks for the inspiration!
Man, my juvenile side was in full form making the vid! Lol
Insert joke here! Ha! Looks good
No grill here ;( What would be the correct temp and time for an oven?
Just follow the recipe as is. As for time, until it’s done.
Would love to get the recipe for the hamburger sauce.
I will get it posted up at some point this weekend. I will pin it in the comments here
Where do you get your gloves?
Ace
What's the sauce recipe im definitely trying this
I will get the sauce recipe pinned in the comments here shortly!
Well you have big balls lol 😅🤣😂
Lol!!
How many times did you practice saying, "Cheesey Bacon Burger Bombs?"
Lol TOO MANY!!
Maybe you can start using the word orbs.
Where is the fun in that! But orbs is a solid word!
You said balls.
I’ll see your cheesy bacon burger bomb, and raise you a rubber baby buggy bumper!
LOL!
I think these would be awesome as a meatball sub. Anyway, it looks YUMMY!!😊
Great idea!!
